Chapter 17 Part 1

"Mom, is mami going to be okay?" Christian asked in a small sad voice after enter the room and sitting down next to the dark skinned beauty on the small sofa in the room.

She never wanted Lauren to have one but the Latina just had to be stubborn and have one and but now she's fighting for her life.

Normani hasn't left the Latina side in two weeks since the accident and if anything changes she wants to be the first one to know. Normani looked over at her son with a sad look on her face before pulling him into a hug. Normani didn't know what to say since she caused all of these problems she just wishes everything and she means EVERYTHING to go back to normal, way before Lauren ever met Raylin and worked out their problems together instead of running away and forcing her to another woman arms well legs since she knew Lauren wasn't in love with the light skinned woman and it was just all lust.

"Baby I hope so." She said placing a kiss to the side of his head while squeezing his hand.

Ever since he got suspended from school for fighting with Ryan Christian who attitude has changed especially towards Lauren and he doesn't know why, well at least he doesn't want to admit it out loud. He doesn't think his mom would accept the fact he might be gay. Deep down inside he just can't accept for the fact he's gay and the person he really wants to be doesn't want him like that.

Flashback

Normani hasn't heard from Lauren and it's going on 3 am and she's worried. The Latina wasn't home or at her parents house and she doesn't know where else she could be, but Dinah was the last person who saw her and but she hasn't been returning any of her calls or texts since she was the last one to see her pulled off at the dance studio.

The brunette wishes she could take everything back that happened that night, but right now she's just worried sick about the Latina and hoping nothing bad happens to her but was to good to be true when her phone started ringing.

Flashback within a flashback

"So you was using me?!" Zendaya yelled in a broken voice.

"Baby I ca-" before the tattooed girl could finish her sentence Zendaya came around with a punch to the face before security could take her away.

Zendaya felt used and embarrassed by the older woman who she confessed her love to just the other night. She thought Kehlani was different and someone who she could spend the rest of her life with but she guess she was wrong just like any of her other relationships.

"Mani what the hell just happened?!" Ally asked with worry laced in her voice.

Mainly because she just saw her wife following a very pissed off Lauren with a bloody lips.

"Daya I can explain." Normani said after awhile when she finally found her voice and looked over at Zendaya who had her both of her fists ballad up.

"Shut up, just shut up!" Zendaya screamed out." I don't know how many times I apologized to you about Lauren and Raylin but I'll never scope this low just to get revenge! And oh by the way I quit." The light skinned girl said before turning on her heels and leaving the office.

Ally looked between her best friend and the younger girl who just left before Dinah Jane came back storming in.

"You have some God Damn nerves! After everything you two been through you go and sleep with Kehlani of all people!" Dinah said releasing out her anger on the pregnant woman.

Normani knew she was right and after all the tension kept building up she finally just let it happened.

"You don't know shit Dinah Jane! You don't know what's going on in our relationship or the fact she has a fucking child with a porn star when she was married to me!" Normani said letting out her anger frustration on her best friend with tears running down her face.
