Imagine that you were the new kid in the mysterious town known as Storybrooke.
You have been having a hard time fitting in; you were struggling with an abusive relationship.
You tried talking to Archie about things, but he didn't quite understand the situation...not like another woman would, anyways.
You started to give up hope, until Regina Mills walked into your life.
One chilly December day, you were sitting on one of the benches at the bus stop. You were debating whether or not to leave.
You had no friends, or family. Your life seemed so miserable.
"What are you doing out here all by yourself? Everyone else is at the town hall. I invited the whole town to a Christmas get together.." It was mayor Mills. You had seen her before, but you had never had the chance to converse with her.
You look up at the brunette, not knowing what to say. "Oh, um...sorry. I wasn't informed of that. Plus, I don't really have the money for gifts.." You say, loud enough for her to hear.
She shivers and sits down beside you on the wooden bench. "Nonsense. What's your name?"
"I'm Y/N, and you're Regina Mills.." You say answering for the both of you.
"Indeed. Now come, the hot chocolate is gonna get cold."

After spending a bit of time at the Town Hall, Regina decided to walk you home; you were afraid of what your significant other would do.
Regina noticed your face. "What's wrong? You look pale..."
Sighing, you look into her eyes. "Can we go somewhere? I just really need someone to talk to..." You whisper.
Regina nods her head, and the two of you start walking down the street. She leads you down a path in the woods, and soon enough the two of you reach a memorial..
Creepy...
"This is my secret hideout..." Regina opens the door, and you notice a large coffin in the center. It read Henry Mills Sr. Maybe that was her father?
Creeping you out even more, she slides the lid off of the coffin.
Afraid of what you were going to see, you turn your head.
Regina laughs at this. "Relax, there aren't any bodies in here. It's just made to look that so nobody comes in here..."
Relieved, you follow her down a steep case of stairs. Strange.
Once you reach the end, your eyes are exposed to all kinds of weird things.
"Wow, this is pretty cool.." You say, placing your hand on the brick wall.
"Yeah, I built this way before I even built the town. Sometimes when I need to clear my head or cry, I come down here."
You look up at her. She had a small frown on her face. Something was bothering her...
"I wish I had a place like this..." You whisper.
"Well, now that you know about this place, feel free to come whenever you want.."
How generous of her.
"Now, why don't you tell me what's up?" The two of you sit down, and you explain everything to her. She even shares a few stories of her own.
"Well, I think you are taking a big step, and that's important. You've been through some tough things, but you've never looked stronger."
