Born on Neverland to Captain James Hook and an unknown mother Danae is the youngest of the 4 kids that Hook has. Here's the catch. Hook didn't raise her so she has no idea who her real parents are. Well even being raised by hook she wouldn't know who her mother is. She was instead raised by Wendy. Wendy knows she's really Hook's daughter even tho she found her on her door step. She just had no idea how she ended up there. But Wendy takes her in and raises her as her own. Wendy also refuses to tell her who her father is.
