Background:
Born of a mother he never speaks of, Gabriel is the son of Peter Pan and Wendy, brother to Amelia Jane. Though only slightly younger than Amelia, he was born of the same nature as her; a pact, between Pan and the sea witch Morgana (hence why he's connected to Razor I guess, otherwise the age gap is huge). He is cold and wild, somewhat like his sister in some ways, and the total opposite in other ways. He can use dust to heal and create, but decides against it. He was born after Amelia was taken away, so the two of them have never met. Amelia isn't even aware of his existence, though Gabriel knows of hers. He despises his sister for her luck in life, having landed in a far less enjoyable situation to her.
