Prologue

August 1993

Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades sit as they quietly debated Zeus's plan. " Why should we have heirs," Hades said, " It's a waste. Also, what if they try to take over our positions?." Poseidon started to laugh.

"Like anyone would like your position," Poseidon said. Zeus glared at him furiously.

"Not the time, brother," Zeus stated, "Hades, I have considered that and the only option is to create beings that are of all our powers, three children breed to our, and our wives, powers." Hades began to grin at the end of the table.

"Martha, my new wife, shall do it," Hades said with a smirk, "She knows science

"Then it's settled," Zeus stated with great authority," three children we shall have.

August 2006

Two young girls sat, crying, at their sister's grave. Winter, who was an empowering individual who could be cold as ice, and Flora, a girl with flames for hair and a fiery temper to match it. But, at this time, neither of them cared about the little details. Flora gazed at Winter, tears blurring her vision. Her face was stained with streaks of sadness as her hair stuck to her face. As lightning struck down from the sky, Winter hugged Flora to make their pain go away. It never did.
