"We are summoned by the Queen." Jade spoke her words carefully, trying to dissect the words as she read them. "For their daughters' birthday." The other three girls looked at her in awe.

"That's amazing." Leigh-Anne whispered. Perrie and Jesy nodded their answers. "Maybe the prince will fall for you Perrie." She stated with a wink while looking at the blonde who turned bright red.

It was not a lie to say every girl wanted to be with the prince. What can I say? He's hot. He also had a reputation for being a playboy. Always spotted with a new girl. Never seen with them more than once.

Perrie knew better than that

Perrie knew better than that. She shook her head. She could see through the lies, he was dangerous. He was on the verge of being forced to renounce his throne.

"No. I don't want to have anything to do with him. Maybe you should try Leigh. You're always up for a challenge." All four of them burst into laughter. Jesy kissed her on the cheek while still laughing.

"God I love you Pez."

"What do you think you're doing?" The King boomed.

"I'm getting ready for my dear baby sisters party." The heir replied cool. His fingers intricately tying the knot in his tie. He could feel his fathers eyes on the back of his head. A low chuckle escaped his mouth. "It's nice to see you care for once, however negative it may be."

Footsteps were heard before a large snack was placed on the back of his head. The echo traveled down the hall. Just as the groan that was released by the Prince followed it.

"Stop treating your title like a ticket to any girl who can speak. If you do I will see it that your dear baby sister is heir to the throne instead of you Alex." When the blonde male glared at the King a hand was moved towards his cheek. A sickening echo was heard throughout the palace.

Alex quickly walked out of the room pushing past the three girls that were walking down the hallway. The fourth girl that was running to catch up to them slammed right into the retreating man. It caused her to fall atop him. As the pairs eyes met Perrie flushed red.

'What a way to meet the prince?' She thought before quickly moving off of him. He turned and stood up before offering her his hand. She once again turned red.

"I'm sorry." He said softly his thick accent coating his voice. She shook her head before he chuckled.

"I should be sorry. I knocked you over." She replied quietly. He marveled at her Geordie accent. He had heard it many times before but something about the blondes use of the accent infatuated him. She slowly pulled her hand away from his, as it dawned on her that the touch had been there a little too long.

Perrie watched the blonde man as he turned a flush shade of pink. When she heard a throat clear behind her she quickly turned around.

"We need to get ready." Jade said shyly before going back into their assigned room. Perrie turned around, that's when she noticed the red on his face. Her thumb moved to gently caress it. She had heard the skin to skin contact but didn't realize who it had happened to.

Alex took a step back causing the blonde to drop her hand. He very faintly smiled at her.

"It was nice to meet you." He said quietly. She didn't get the chance to answer as he took off down the hallway. She walked back to the girls shaking her hand. From what she had seen, his reputation was definitely a lie.

The girls watched her carefully as she sat in a chair waiting for the makeup artist to begin applying her makeup.

"Perrie, I'm dying." Leigh-Anne said dramatically. "What the hell happened out there?" She asked excitement growing in her small form.

"I don't even know." She replied frustration coating her voice. Then an idea struck her. Maybe she could figure it out once they were done singing.

They did their short set. Perrie's eyes had found their way to his stunning blue ones. He had distanced himself from everyone. Instead of walking towards him she chose to walk with her friends to grab a flute of champagne. She watched out of the corner of her eyes as she saw his perfect teeth flash a smile.

He was now being dragged to the dance floor by his baby sister Elizabeth. He carefully scooped her into his arms before she noticed him coming towards them. The small girl wiggled from his arms once he had stopped in front of them.

"That was amazing." Elizabeth whispered. Perrie bent down careful to keep everything hidden.

"Almost as amazing as this party." She replied before the small girl moved to talk to the others once she had thanked the blonde. Alex extended his hand to her, helping her up carefully.

"You have a beautiful voice." He said for only her to hear. He slowly released her hand as he heard footsteps coming from behind him. Alex carefully stepped away from her. A glare was flashed at him by his father. Perrie watched as the prince visibly tensed, she politely curtsied as to not disrespect the King and Queen.

"Thank you for coming today." The Queen said with a smile. "I don't think I have ever seen Elizabeth as happy as she was while you ladies were singing." Perrie smiled as Alex watched her movements carefully.

"It was our honor." The blonde responded for the girl group. The King and Queen excused themselves taking note as their son stayed behind.

"I do not like this." The King mumbled to his wife regarding to his sons actions. The Queen shook him off.

"Maybe it's time he found someone who can match him."
