Chapter 13

~Sam's POV~

I was standing there not knowing what to think. I was having such a good time with her that I forgot about her mom. Her scent just makes me lose it. It broke my heart knowing that I was not going to be able to see her. Although, I did put her in the hospital and made out with her in the passenger seat of her mom's van. i didnt mean for anyone to get hurt though. I was letting her drive sitting on my lap. I didn't know we were going to crash. And in the van, she climbed on top of me so I made the good of it because she wanted me to. I screwed up though, and it cost me the one and only Abigail.

~Abigail's POV~

"Mom!"

"No Abigail, you don't need to interact with him. He is a bad influence."

Mom didn't know that I was the one who started it in the car, not Sam. I pictured Sam still standing in the same spot in the parking lot with a shocked look on his face. In the car, when he was holding me in his arms, I felt free and safe. It was the best feeling in the world. I wish that he was still here holding me and kissing me. When we kissed, I felt a slight shock between us. My phone dinged. It was Sam. My heart dropped as read the message.It read: "Abigail I am so sorry and I just want to hold you in my arms and cuddle with you on my couch and watch movies, but we can't and won't ever be able to because I screwed up."

"No, Sam it's not your fault. I am the one who got us all wild by climbing on your lap and kissing you.Nothing will get between us." I replied.

"Ok. I love you."

"I love you too."

We were still in the car driving down the road.

"Who are you talking to?" asked Mom.

"Um.."

She snatched the phone out of my hand and began scrolling through it. Then I felt pain on the side of my face. She had slapped me.

"I told u not to talk to him!"

"Mom!"

"No Abigail It is for your own good."

Without another word, we rode all the way home.
When we got home, I got out of the car and slammed the door. I went straight to my room in tears. I was thinking about Sam and how we are longing for each other and Mom was in the way. Then I had an idea.

~Sam's POV~
I had the urge to explain to Abigail. I texted her " I am sorry and I just want to hold you in my arms and cuddle with you on my couch and watch movies ,but I can't and we won't be able to.

I felt so worried after she didn't text back for a while but then she finally replied "No, Sam it's not your fault. I was the one who got us all wild by climbing on your lap and kissing you. Nothing will come between us."

"Ok. I love you."

"I love you."

I was thinking that whole time that I wish we could get wilder and be with each other 24/7. Then, I got a text from Abigail that lit up my life.
