Long story short

Introduction

I welcome every one of you who decided to peek inside this growing collection of short stories.
I have never thought of writing short stories to be honest. But now that I have written some I feel like it is a brand-new way to express your imagination and creativity.
I would describe myself as creative. Not only because I like to write but also because I like to dream.
In case you know my Wattpad page for one or two years now you will likely know that this is not my first publication. A long time ago I published "The chase", a kind of thriller story about kidnapping, murder and police work.
That story was also in English and after some time I was not very content with how and where the story was going. So, I decided to withdraw it and work on something better. Not only content wise but also language wise.
So, with the time, as I grew older and learned more, my English language improved up to this point where I am now. Of course, I am still improving day by day, but I think I've already came a long way from where I was two years ago.
I always knew I wanted to continue writing in English just because I feel like I can express myself so well in English that it nearly feels like my mother language.
I wrote dozens and dozens of story samples but not one would make the cut. Add the stressful school and social life of a teenager it was so hard to make up some time to write. Also, the stress kind of harmed my imagination and creativity so I was pretty much an only eating and sleeping wrack.
But now as the holidays rolled in and the new year arrived I found it the perfect time to publish some of my short stories. I don't know if I will be able to publish one every now and then but I'll try my best!
These stories are for sure anything but perfect and I know that. As I said I want to keep improving and getting better so if you want to criticise something, anything, feel free to do so! I even beg you to do so!
