A/N: Hello! I'm back from my holiday in Japan. I cannot begin to describe how amazing it was. Anyway, thank you for waiting patiently for this update.

Not gonna lie I laughed a lot writing this and I'll just apologise in advance for what you're about to deal with. Enjoy!

"Hey there boyfriend."

Joey spun around on his heels to stare at Seto in shock. They were alone in the hallway, and Joey had just been putting his books into his locker when he had heard Seto's raspy voice. The blond swallowed. Wait. What had he called him? Wait. Was Seto Kaiba...smiling at him? Not smirking but actually smiling? Joey felt dizzy.

Seto pursed his lips at Joey, "I said 'Hey', Mutt."

"Uh," Joey started, ruffling his hair in confusion and making something in Seto's chest actually twinge a little at how cute it was, "Hey Seto. Ya not usually this friendly in public. Caught me off guard is all." Joey glanced around just to be sure nobody could be listening.

Seto shrugged, and walked a little closer, "Since nobody is around I didn't think it would matter. You don't have a problem with me saying hello to you do you, Mutt?"

Joey stammered, "N-nah of...of course not. Just, uh...what did ya call me just now?"

"Mutt?" Kaiba offered.

"Nah before that," Joey frowned.

"Mutt." Kaiba confirmed.

Joey glared up at the CEO. "Yeah a'right smartass, and whattabout before ya called me Mutt twice? What did ya call me then?"

An air of awkwardness floated around Seto, and he wished for a moment that he hadn't said anything to Joey at all. Too late now though. He steadied his expression to its regular concrete state. "I called you my boyfriend, Wheeler." He would not be made to feel like an idiot.

Seto's blue eyes crashed against Joey's brown ones. Inviting him to deny Seto's implications. Daring him. Of course, what Seto hadn't counted on was that Joey was never one to back down from a challenge.

"Oh, I'm ya boyfriend am I?" He jeered, "First I've heard of it."

"If you don't want to be then forget it." Seto spat at him.

Joey's sneer faded, and he looked cautiously up at Kaiba. "D-do ya mean it?"

Seto leaned down and pressed a quick, firm kiss against Joey's forehead. "I've never said anything I didn't mean."

Before Joey could properly reply he was met by the sound of other students filing out of their classes and filling the hall, and Seto was already walking away. Joey clenched his fists. He couldn't follow him. Someone would see. He groaned and slumped against his locker. What the heck had just happened? Seto was his boyfriend now? That couldn't be right. That meant...no. It was impossible. There was no way. Even with what had happened the other night when he and Seto had gotten food together, and then Joey had thought maybe...just maybe there might have been something between them other than just the sexual side of their relationship. But for Seto to just come right out and call Joey his boyfriend? It was all too much. It couldn't be real.

"Unbelievable!" Joey said out loud, sighing audibly.

"What's unbelievable, Joey?" A chirpy, curious voice asked.

"Yugi!" Joey exclaimed, not having noticed his friend, "Nothin' don't worry! Let's go to lunch, man."

Yugi giggled softly, "Alright if you say so. How was your last class, Jo'?"
