the next day started out beautiful and sunny.

but by the time it was time for jinyoung and aeri to walk to his house together, it was raining terribly.

"i don't have an umbrella...."

aeri said.

"did you not look at the weather forecast ?"

jinyoung asked opening his up.

"who actually does that ?"

"a lot more people than you think."

he said and put the umbrella over him.

he then moved over and said,

"well, are you coming under the umbrella or not ?"

she looked at him with wide eyes before laughing.

"i knew you're actually soft for me."

she said hooking her arm with his.

"i said you could stand under the umbrella, not touch me."

"but it'll be easier to stay together like this."

and they walked to his house in silence.

"my mom and siblings are here by the way."

he said before unlocking the door.

"oh ? i didn't know you had siblings."

"i have a younger sister and brother."

"awee they're younger than you. how cute."

she cooed while trying to ignore the "shut up" she got in response.

"i'm home."

jinyoung said taking off his shoes, aeri following.

they finally unlinked their arms so jinyoung could put the umbrella away.

they had their arms together for so long, that they almost forgot they were still touching.

as they walked to the kitchen, jinyoung was attacked by his siblings who apparently missed him a lot.

and that was the first time, that aeri ever saw him smile.
