The next day me and my brother went to school.
It sucked as always, and I fell asleep in class until the teacher announced that we had a new student.
I awoke when she said he could sit by me. He came over and sat down. He gave me a smile and immediately I knew we would be great friends.
We would sit by each other and talk but then one day I saw my older brother sitting really close to someone, a girl.
I quickly got up and walked over to him. His arm was wrapped behind her neck.
He saw me walking over so he quickly snatched his arm out from around her neck.
He got up and walked over to me. I screamed at him from the top of my lungs, and he just stood quietly.
(Brother's Pov.)
As my sister was yelling at me, I was thinking about what I was to tell her.
"WHY IS YOUR ARM AROUND HER NECK!!?!!?!" she yelled.
"......" I said nothing.
"Well?!" she asked getting more agitated.
"Because I like her, we are together." I answered calmly.
"But..." she said looking as if I had just told her I was dying.
"I know it will be fine though. Don't worry about it" I interrupt, hoping to calm her down.
(Time skip...at home)
I was wondering if you would ever forgive me but so far you were still mad at me.
I eventually gave up on waiting and decide to head up to my room and go to bed.
(Your Pov.)
You're still mad at your brother and decided to go to the kitchen and get a (f/d).
You sit down and take a single sip. You start to sing to yourself to pass the time.
Your mom then walks in, but you don't notice her.
She just sits there and when you finally notice her you jump in surprise, almost falling out of your chair in the process.
"You scared me! " You say trying to calm your heart rate back down.
"That's what I am for." Your mom replies with a grin.
You leave the room with a sigh and go upstairs to the attic.
It was dark and really dusty except for the spot you had cleaned up earlier. You go to the spot and sit down getting comfortable.
This was your sanctuary.
Where there was no sound, no people, and no distractions.
Just silence...
