Savannah's POV

I throw on a pair of my best jeans and a jersey on tie my hair back and wash my face "Mum I am ready to go" I say picking up my school bag nervously. "Ok baby lets do this try and have a good day alright" Mum smiles squeezing my face.

At High School

I walk through the gates and nervously put my headphones in. I walk to to reception "Hi my name is Savannah I am new here do I have a timetable?" I say smiling at the older lady standing in front of me "Well hello darling what's your second name?" She says in a strong Texas accent. "Clark" I say smiling back. "Lovely ok here you go darling I will get someone to show you around" she says typing something into her apple computer. "Mm ok have you met a girl called Naomi?" She replies while writing an email. "No I haven't" I say nervously. "Alright darling don't look so nervous she is a lovely girl honestly go and look for her she should be around campus here is a photo" The woman passes me a printed photo of this beautiful girl with brown long luscious hair.

This is crazy looking for someone I don't even know "Hi you must be new!" A girl from behind shouts "Yeah who are you?" I say trying to sound polite. "My name is Naomi" she replies catching up with me. "You look really different in the photo" i say giving her it. "Oh who gave you that was it Randy I am gonna kill him!" She says annoyed "No no it was the older lady at reception she said you were a really nice girl" I say smiling. "Mrs Hogg she is a old hag once you get to know her." She replies. I like this girl she is so sassy. "I have just moved from Australia to Massachusetts because my mums work I am kinda nervous" I reply sighing "listen here babe you will be fine I am here for you" Naomi replies smiling "OMG Come and meet the other half of me Cameron" She squeals pulling me towards her gorgeous friend. "Hey Baby girl" Cameron screams hugging Naomi "Hi I'm Savannah I am new here!" I smile shyly.

Registration

"Hello my name is Miss Clyro welcome to the zoo would you like to introduce yourself to the class" the young beautiful teacher exclaims smiling. I look around the class and look at all good looking smiling faces I have a feeling I ain't gonna fit in here "Hi my name is Savannah Clark I have just moved from Australia with my mum and younger sister India my hobby is gymnastics and yeah that's it really" I say looking over at this one guy his blue eyes sparkling I better not look to long he will think I am a creep "Any questions for Savannah?" Miss Clyro replies smiling no one raises there hand. I sit down next to a nervous looking girl. "Hi what's your name?" I say forcing a smile "Hi I am Natalya welcome to Boston High school" she smiles. I look back over at that boy he looks photoshopped ugh any girl would be lucky to have him.

At Lunch

I decide to go out for lunch just as I am about to put my headphones in I hear someone shout my name "Hey girl meet Nicole and Brie" Naomi says smiling "Hi I'm Savannah" I say smiling. "Hello Savannah do you want to come out to lunch with us" Nicole says smiling showing her pearly white teeth. "Yeah I would love that" I say lying I just wanted to be on my own "Hold on I want to wait for John" Nicole says smiling and twirling her hair "Hey John how was football practise" she smiles following him. "Hi

Nicole" He smiles nervously at her. i look at him hoping he hadn't noticed my face was bright red but he has ugh I look away and sigh.

3:30pm

"Hey Mum I am so glad It's home time today felt never ending" I say rolling my eyes closing the car door. "Aww baby I have unpacked everything I can in the house there are a few more boxes but you and India to unpack did you make any friends" Mum says looking stressed "Mm I dunno I think so" I say putting one headphone in and scrolling through my playlist and decide on a bit of Avenged Sevenfold. We reach the new house I miss Australia a lot but Massachusetts will be a good start plus the house is amazing complementary of mums job. I look at the house next door to us it's much nicer than ours must be rich snooty old couple.

5pm

"Savannah, India get down here!" Mum shouts politely the sort of voice when there are guests. "Coming!" I shout down stairs. Me and India meet on the stairs and race down obviously I win. "What's wrong m.." I say not finishing sentence the most perfect thing alive the standing in my kitchen "Hey you go to my School my name is John" he smiles his voice sending chills through me. "H..hi I am Savannah and this is my sister India" I say smiling my face bright red "It's nice to meet you..again" he says smiling at me and my younger sister "Hi I am John's mum Carol and this is his dad John Senior" John's mum says politely "It's so nice to meet you both" I say smiling "I'm just glad Carol has something else to ramble onto" John's dad says laughing.

9pm

I sit in my room with my music blaring I am right across from John's bedroom window he is playing some video game i put my TV on and scroll through the channels "savannah savannah!" I hear my name being called I look back out the window and I see John hanging out his window "Hey John" I say running over to the window and opening the window "Come into my garden my parents are out!" He says smiling cockily. "Oh..ok" I say shyly.

I put my trainers on and rush down the stairs "Mum I am gonna see John" I say smiling at her. "Here take this" she throws me over a bag of sweets "Thanks mummy I love you" I say still not outgrown the word mummy. I walk

Nervously not knowing what we will talk about he is just perfect I am pretty sure he is photoshopped I am actually positive. I knock on the door and sigh "Hey come through just go through the kitchen" John says smiling "Ok" I say following his orders. his garden is massive he has a basketball hoop and a porch swing it's like a fairytale garden "here I brought you a drink" he says handing me a glass bottle of coke "Aww thanks John can I ask you a question?"

I say still so nervous. "Course what is it?" He says looking at me his blue eyes glistening "Why are you so nice to me and you have invited me into your garden I barely know you?" I say smiling "your just I don't know your different from the other girls there like all Barbie and your just natural" he says smiling I am not sure wether that's a compliment or not.

"So how are you enjoying Massachusetts?" John says playing with a sweet wrapper "Well I haven't really had a tour or anything of it." I say sighing "I could show all the exciting things in Massachusetts" he says sarcastically I really wish he would. I can't believe i am sitting here with John he is the clone of god. "I saw you with Nicole and Brie earlier?" He says with worry in his voice "yeah I am not to sure about them" I say worryingly "i went out with Nicole for a year but it didn't work out" John replies scrunching his face "oh why?" I say smiling at him "She..she cheated on me with one of my best friends" John replies annoyed "oh that's shit you deserve well better is that why she is begging for you back?" I say rolling my eyes at the thought of her "yeah I guess" he replies laughing. "Hey well thanks for this your a real cool guy John" I say blushing. "No problem I like talking to you Savannah" He replies finishing his drink.

30 minutes later

John is like one of those cheesy knights out of the fairytales I wish he would take me on his horse into the sunset a girl can dream. I look through his window and he opens it "Oh I forgot to ask what's your phone number?" He shouts I blush bright red like someone had slapped me all over "hold on" I shout getting a pen and paper and write it done in big bold writing. "Here" I say getting it as far out of the window as I could. He gets his phone out and types it in "Cheers i will text you" He shouts smiling then closing his window.

I can't believe John just asked me to lunch oh my god and he put a Kiss face I better go to bed I am so excited for school tomorrow.
