Jacks P.O.V

"Breakfast in five!" I yelled as I scrambled the last egg. I turned and put it on the plate sitting on the counter, the others on the table. I felt a tail hit my leg. "Chica no! You dont get any food until after breakfast! Go eat your dog food! You can have the leftovers." I shooed her away. Mark came down the stairs with his brief case. He gave me a kiss on the head. "Big meeting today!" He said, pouring his cup of coffee. I smiled. "Good luck! Oh! Breakfast on the go! Bye babe love you!" I said as I handed him the plate. Mark had been promoted to principal at a new highschool in L.A. and I graduated and got a job as a substitute teacher. I grabbed two cups of orange juice, and set them on the table. "Dean! Elle! Breakfast,Now!" I yelled. I heard footsteps bar roll down stairs. "Morning!" I said, settimg they're plates down. "Morning!" They said in unisen. "Guess what?!" Dean said. "What?" I sat down at the table. "I get to help uncle Mike go hunting!" He smiled. "Oh yeah?,when?" I asked. "In two weeks, were going out to the woods and hunting something, don't know what animal." He shrugged. "Oh and guess what I get to do?!" Elle beamed. "What?" I smiled. "I get to help and Joyce with the store! She said I could help stock shelves and help ring the cash register!" She smiled. I nodded. "That sounds so fun you guys! Buy you know what's going to be really fun!?" I smirked. "Noo!" Dean sighed. "Yep, going to school! Get your bags." I smiled. They groaned, grabbed there lunch boxes and backpacks and slipped on their shoes. I put the dishes in the sink and grabbed the keys. We all got into the car. "Guess what?!" Elle said. "What honey?" I smiled. "Three more days till' I turn eight!" She said. Dean frowned. I chuckled. "Well I'm still thirteen, which means I'm still older!" He joked. We pulled up to Elle's school. "Alright honey, have a great day! And remember, don't let Marcus take your food!" I looked at her. She nodded. Dean waved bye. "I don't want her to grow up." He frowned. "Yeah, but we don't you to grow up either bud. Its okay, you're still her big brother. Okay?" I smiled at him. He nodded. "Bye bud, love ya." I said. "Bye dad." He waved. And with that I drove back home.
