A month later

"majesty honey are u ready." I ignored her putting my black spaghetti strapped dress on with my black strapped heels I grabbed my lip gloss putting it on grabbing  my bag walking downstairs seeing my mother and father we walked out to the car to a dinner with another family I didn't know about but I have a weird feeling in my stomach I shook it off seeing we had pulled up at the restaurant I seen a familiar car we got out and walked inside I wasn't paying attention my attention was the car outside I felt my mom ta me " u ok honey." I nodded getting annoyed already we walked to the table my parents greeted whoever the person was I sat down not looking up once someone cleared there throat catching my attention I looked up seeing Mateo he smirked at me I rolled my eyes they finally sat down I wasn't feeling this dinner at all and he is sitting next to me he put his hand on my thigh making me jump " Majesty are u sure u ok u look like something is wrong." if she ask me this question one more time " excuse me." I got up rushing to the restroom I splashed water over my face drying it off with a paper towel the feeling in my stomach is getting worse I walked out the bathroom bumping into someone instantly falling who ever it was laughed I already knew who it was I rolled my eys he helped me up " long time no see maj." I scoffed crossing my arms over my chest " why are our families meeting up again." he shrugged like he didn't care we heard shouting I peeked around the corner he did the same seeing his dad and my dad arguing this will not go well before we knew it my dad was laying flat on the ground bleeding out my mother and everyone else screamed rushing out his father looked around with the meanest look ever " Mateo Lets Go!!!!!" he grabbed my hand pulling me towards the door with him why I don't know I looked back at my mom seeing her on the phone crying I wanted to but I sucked it up he opened the door for me I got in why I don't know he got in on the other side rushing outta the parking lot following his brother and father " where are we going and where are u taking me." he kept his eyes on the road as his phone rang through the speakers " tap the green button for me." I did as told taking my heels off crossing my legs in the seat sitting back getting comfortable knowing this is gonna be a long ride I leaned my head on the window  I looked in my bag for my phone grabbing it out turning off my track phone thingy just in case my moms tries  something for the murder I plugged it up in the car and lay my head back how it was drifting off to sleep I heard his call  end he played some soft music I ended up falling asleep

i looked over at majesty seeing her asleep i pulled up t a red light i grabbed a blanket that was hers it was pink and black and put it over her i admired her as she slept pulling a piece of her hair behind her ear she moved getting more comfortable the green turned light i began driving again california here we come
