As I internally gasped, Bree soiled her undergarments and Lauren stared wide eyed, We all stare dumbfounded at the immaculate dress gleaming before us in the display window.

"Shit" Lauren laughed and pointed at the price tag.

"Holy, Its more than four digits!" I cursed and sighed feeling dejected and poor.

"Its so perfect!" Bree yelled and clasped her two hands around Lauren and mine's as she ran into the boutique.

The store was full of nearly infallible and Glorious dresses price tagging at an expensive rate signifying this store was not meant for no commoner.

I had about five hundred dollars and I couldn't even afford the lowest pricing item that was held in this place.

"May I be of assistance?" A posh and pompous looking elderly woman greeted us.

"Yes, I would love to try on that gorgeous sheer gold dress that is currently on display." Bree rushed, energy coursing through her veins.

"Can you afford it Miss?" She berated and pushed up her nose.

"Do you not know who my father is? My mother is the head of a prestigious University and You have the nerve to ask if I, Brianna Prescott, am able to afford that dress?" Bree seethed, crossing her arms.

"Prescott?" The lady faltered.

"My apologies, right away Miss" she ran off towards the front of the store.

"The nerve of some imbeciles" Bree scolded.

"Need I remind you, your grade point average is that of a retarded bat?" Lauren grinned.

"Shut up Lauren, Why don't you go to the ninety nine cents store and pick a dress from there." Bree laughed.

"I highly doubt that they sell dresses, but if the did I would be there like white on rice."Lauren laughed.

I stared at the two completely in awe.

"How can you guys do that?" I questioned.

"Do what?" Lauren curiously inquired.

"One moment you are at each others head, the next, you guys are laughing like nothing happened!" I explained.

"Plus, you guys always down grade each other, Isn't that a horrible foundation for a relationship?" I finished.

"Oh please, We are realists Cara, We've known each other for like centuries. We joke like this all the time." Lauren laughed.

"Oh, I guess that will take some time to get use to." I smiled.

"Yeah, one of these days you should join in, its a huge stress reliever." Bree chuckled and wiped her eye.

"Miss, This way" The lady returned with the stunning dress.

"Thank you Edna" Bree sarcastically replied and went across to the changing room.

"Well, This store blows. I cant afford shit and I see no Pants suits in sight." Lauren Chuckled.

"I know, Ive got about five hundred and A couple cents in the bottom of my purse." I laughed.

"Ha! I have half that. I swear we should walk our un wealthy asses to Forever 21." she commented picking up a red dress.

"Totally."

We continued looking around the unattainable dress store and sighed in exasperation, while receiving glares from wealthy looking women and Staff.

Talk about common decency.

I wasn't the richest, but My family was stable. The unnecessary death stares were intimidating.
