Guilty [Jin x Reader]

You groaned as the alarm clock rang. 

"You son of a-" you were about to turn the stupid thing on earth but miserably failed for you fell on the floor.

"Ugh, what am I doing with my life?" you groaned and sat up, your hair sticking out everywhere. Then, your eyes shot open when you remembered that you have an appointment with the other prosecutors.

You cursed loudly and scurried to the bathroom with wobbly feet.

After, a quick shower, you dressed up  and ran to the kitchen.

"Omo, (Y/N) eat up-" your mom offered a plate of breakfast but you ignored it and grabbed a nearby bread stick and headed to the door.

"I'll be back, Eomma!" you yelled and hurriedly went outside and drove to your agency.

You opened the door and ran towards the elevator and you saw your best friend, (Best friend's name) and you grabbed her by the arm.

"Yah! Micheosseo?! We're going to be late!" you shrieked and she just looked at you with raised eyebrows.

"Huh?- oh you mean the appointment with the prosecutors. It's on eight o' clock, we're not late yet" she said and you panted heavily while listening to her.

"M-mwo?"

"Ah, you set your alarm clock on the wrong time again, geuji?" she teased and snickered. You glared at her and hit her arm.

"Aish, michinom-" you were about to say the curse out loud but your senior came into view.

"Oh, you're here" he said and the two of you quickly bowed to him.

"Sunbae, what is it this time?" you asked. He sighed and shook his head.

"It was said that a man killed his younger brother just for money" he explained and your best friend gasped in horror.

"That's horrible! How could someone do that to their own family?" she said.

"And with his brother" you added and she agreed by nodding her head.

"Tsk, it's a bothersome. Kaja, maybe the others are waiting" he said and you nodded before following him to the elevator.

You reached the 6th floor and headed towards the office. When he opened the door, it revealed the other prosecutors.

You, the trio, greeted them as usual before going into business.

"Finally, you're here" Mrs. Han said. "Are we waiting for someone else?" your sunbae asked.

"Yes, it's Mr. Kim" she spoke and you looked at her.

That idiot is going to join us?

Then, the door opened, revealing the idiot you were talking about. He wore his tux, his hair swept to the side neatly, and that smile plastered on his face.

"Good morning everyone. Sorry I'm late" he said before sitting across you.

"So, shall we start?"

Then, it began.

It turned out that the man or the accused killed his brother just for money. He was offered a big amount of money in exchange of his brother's life.

[a/n: i just referred to "while you were sleeping" cuz im too lazy to come up with a criminal case or whatever it is called but the scenes here are not really the same with the drama]

It was said that the two of them were riding on a motorcycle which was owned by the suspect on Saturday night. His younger brother rode with him and came from work.
