"You wanna tell me what happened at school today?"  David asked when he saw his daughter walk in the house. She shrugged and kept walking to her room. Sighing loudly, he got up to follow her. "You're wasting your time." Mary said behind him not looking away from her book. He ignored her and went to check on Alison. Knocking on the brown wooden door, he didn't get an answer from the other side. "I don't know what's going on Alison...but I just want you to know that I'm on your side and I love you very much." David placed his forehead on the door, and just hoped that she would pull out of whatever it was. She was strong, she was a Troy after all. The door opened making him stumble into a teary-eyed Alison. "You don't know? Let me tell you daddy. I hear voices and I'm pretty sure that's a bad thing right? Like the devil is coming to get me or something. When Leslie was about to hit me, she flew into the lockers but I didn't push her. I didn't even touch her. I don't know what's going on and I sound crazy and I don't even know why I'm telling you all of this." She cried, David looked at her, grabbing her into a tight embrace. "Let's call Doctor Moses." He said stroking her red hair with one hand, as he dialed on his cell phone using the other. Alison clung to his body, hugging him tightly as he made the call. "I can bring her in now." He said motioning for Alison to get her shoes. She scrambled to get her shoes and ran behind her father out the door. Mary sat there and shook her head at her bewildered daughter.

"Come in Alison, David." Dr. Moses held the door open for them to walk in. Alison was squeezing his hand as they sat down on the couch. Dr. Moses grabbed her notepad and sat down in her chair across from them. "Ali, David tells me that you had a really big episode the other night and another one at school?" Alison nodded and looked down at the floor. "I'm going to write you a stronger prescription. But first, why don't you tell me what happened in these episodes?" She said scooting closer to Alison. Alison looked up at the doctor and at her dad before proceeding to speak. "I remember getting angry about my mom thinking I had something to do with Franny's disappearance. I miss her too and I would never do anything to hurt her. Besides my dad, she is the only other person who cares about me. I-I remember hearing voices saying that they were my sisters and brothers and uhh..that they wanted me to be what Jesus was to other people. I don't understand what that means, but then a lot of voices started shrieking in my head at once and the windows opened and closed and the door wouldn't open and the lights...the lights they were flickering. The room got really cold and icouldntgettomydadandiwassoscaredoutofmymindandididntknowwhattodo" Alison started panicking, causing David to grab her shoulder and pull her closer to him. Feeling his warm body, made her calm down. Dr. Moses said nothing while scribbling in her pad. "It's okay Ali. I'm here." David comforted her. Rubbing her back while waiting on the doctor to finish writing. "She is getting worse doc. Is there anything else we can do? Maybe I should refer her to someone else" "NO! she is not going to get anyone else to care about her like me. They're just going to pick apart her brain. Here, fill this and she should be back to normal in no time." Dr. Moses said handing the prescription paper to David. He looked at her strangely for a second but quickly dismissed it. Grabbing Alison's hand, he led her out of the office and into their Toyota Avalon.
