Before you read please note that this is an Alternate Universe where Homosexuality is considered 'straight' and Heterosexuality is considered 'gay' so when a character says gay it means that they are heterosexual. Sorry if it confuses y'all!

28) Doing something ridiculous

Julio had a problem. He was in love with Dul, but he had no clue how to tell her. She was beautiful, her smile made him smile, not smile like he does in videos mind you, but truly smile. One so genuine it cannot be mimicked. You might be asking; "Why doesn't he just ask her out then?". Well you see dear reader; their world is much different than ours. Heterosexuality is considered a sin. If he were to come out of the closet he would get a lot of hate. He might be kicked from the Cube and the others, especially Dul, might not talk to him ever again. He couldn't bear to lose that. His brother was such a perfect example, liking the right boys and getting a boyfriend. Where Julio wasn't even remotely interested. He only wanted Dul.

So he decided he would announce it during a live stream.

"Alright guys, let's log in and get started." He rubbed his hands against his jeans to get rid of the sweat.

"Hey Tomahawk, what's up?"

"I-I j-just wanted to say that, I love you Dul and I'm sorry but I just do! I can't help it that I'm such a freak!" The other end of the call was silent, the chat too. Tomahawk hung his head in shame, red burning up his cheeks.

"Julio, I love you too. Do you want me to come over?"

"Y-yes please." He sighed and ended the livestream there. His twitter was blowing up.

Around midnight a knock sounded on his door.

"Hello? Julio, it's me Dul."

He got up and opened his door. There she was, with a hat and a small smile.

"Did you really mean it Maddie?" He asked quietly, using her real name, she didn't flinch as she usually did when people used her real name.

"Yes, I meant it Julio. Should we announce it to the entire world?"

"Yeah. I'd like that."

"Hey guys what's up it's Tomahawk here with another vlog. I'm here with DulJuice and we have something to admit. We are gay, and together. I hope you can accept this fact, if not please leave. I will not tolerate any hate towards me or Dul. So yeah, Dul anything you wanna say?"

"Nothing much except that I'm in love with this fabulous man and nothing can change that. Goodbye everyone!"

They did Dul's video for her channel and uploaded them.

"I'm so glad that's off my chest." She murmured into his chest.

"Yeah me too. Even if the way we did it was kind of ridiculous."
