Elizabeth Howe, grandmother of Venus:
Sarah Goode, grandmother of Embry:
💀Salem witch trials💀
~1692~
Tears ran down Elizabeth Howe's face as the executioner put the hand man's noose around her neck. Her best friend and fellow witch, Sarah Goode, gave her a brave smile."Do not cry, Elizabeth" she said, tears in her own eyes. "We must not show weakness toward those who accuse us."
"Silence, you harlot of the devil!" The executioner slapped Sarah across the face.
The executioner then began to read the young women's charges.
"Let it be known that Elizabeth Howe and Sarah Goode are witches and as is the punishment for witchcraft, they shall be hung by the neck until death, may god have mercy on both of your souls!"
The two young women gave each other one final small smile before the platform under their feet gave away and the noose around their necks tighten on their throats, choking them to death instantly.
But what no one knew was that Sarah and Elizabeth each had a baby. Two daughter's of which they left on the steps of Salem's orphanage. The daughters became quick friends and eventually grew to have daughters of their own, who had daughters of their own, who had daughters of their own.
And now we fast forward to the year 1995, where Sarah and Elizabeth's distant granddaughters, Embry and Venus, are now living in Eastern Los Angeles. But just because years have passed, doesn't mean that Venus and Embry haven't followed in that grandmother's footsteps...
