Kris's POV
I wake up to the curtains being ripped open and my roommate singing so extremely loudly to her headphones. I raise my head and throw my pillow at her. She jumps and whips around.
"What the hell, cranky?" Raven exclaims. She pauses the music on her phone and lowers the headphones.
"You're literally screaming. I'm trying to sleep!" I start getting up and adjusting my pajamas. I stretch out and yawn.
"Oh. I didn't realize." Her eyes are bloodshot.
"Did you get any sleep?" I question.
"No, I drank three coffees throughout the night." I notice her hands shaking. "I had to finish my essay for Jones's! He's such a brutal grader." She moans. I shake my head and go to wash my face.
"Shouldn't have procrastinated so much," I mumble, throwing some water into my face. She scoffs and continues to listen to music.

Liam's POV
We are heading to the orphanage from last week. Paul didn't come with us, he's in a meeting with the tour managers. The boys are so irresponsible without Paul. I'm not excited. Our driver drops us off at the front and finds parking. We walk in and go to the front desk, checking in for our appointment. Today, we are bringing a child home. Fuck. This is so messed up.
Louis and Niall are basically jumping in their seats, boasting about how excited they are to have an influence to the house.
A women calls us into the back room. Her name tag reads "Ms. Lauren". She was quite the character. She had gray, thick hair that seemed like it hadn't been brushed in months. She was wearing a Christmas sweater, although it was only the beginning of November. She had glasses way too big for her face.
She sits us down to review the paperwork. Harry skims it over and signs his name.
"Harry," I interject "you didn't even read it!"
He shrugs, "it looks fine."
I roll my eyes and sign. The rest of the boys sign. But, there was a mistake in the paperwork.
