An epic hero's journey

Part 2

I ran back to my class. Kloee and I look into the class room while it was in there it made everybody stopped as if it has stopped time, but me and her could still move. It didn't see us. As it opens its jacket I can see it pulling out a little music box handmade, hand crafted. I notice it is twisting a knob and it plays something I can't quite hear it. I try putting my ear up to the glass being oblivious and not realizing that I have my hand on the handle. I lean up and try to hear it but I lean to much and I accidently open the door. Kloee's face is in shock she backs up and whispers "what did you just do"? I stumble in the class and It looks at me with those dark narrow eyes, fast and unsettled. It just flied through the roof. I hear the song now. Its mesmerizing, I see everyone in class like a zombie at first, brain dead. Kloee finds something to drain out the song, out of hearing reach she comes to help me she grabs my hand in time and pulls me back in time, puts something fuzzy over my ears to cover the song. I looked at Kloee coming back to my senses. I go back in and I can hear nothing I look around and people are talking, not talking they are screaming at each other but I can't hear them (thankfully). I walked over, to the beautifully hand-crafted music box as Kloee stayed behind.

I thought to myself "So when it plays forwards it turns people against each other it was built to do that, so if I make it play backwards it will reverse them" Kloee runs in before I could do anything and grabs my arm tight and pulls me out of the class, she closes the door I take off my ear muffs and she says, "I see it going into other rooms and playing that same song and music box". As soon as she finishes her sentence we hear someone, as if they were on the phone. They said in a deep raspy voice "I completed half of the school so far, I hear everyone yelling at each other its wonderful, soon everyone will be arguing and the earth will be mine. Then we realized that it wasn't one the phone, it was talking to itself. Kloee and I ran away fast but quietly so it wouldn't see us.

As we ran around school undetected turning the music boxes to play the song backwards, we realized that it wasn't around like it actually vanished. Second to lastly, we went to her class to turn it off. Then we went to my class, walked up to the door and I stared at the music box like nothing else was happening. I was mesmerized by it again, but I couldn't hear it. I started to walk toward it very slowly like a sloth or a slug, dragging my feet, like what you do underwater when there are sting rays beneath my feet on the sand. I knew it wasn't sand and I wasn't at the beach but it felt like it.

I was trying to pull myself out of my own world and realize there was more stuff/people on earth. I stopped in my tracks, I began to see other people. I ran to the box and tried to reverse the song as I seen people about to attack each other. I got there in time, everyone froze in time because I turned it back enough so it would stop playing the song. When I started to reverse it, more people began to move again and I played it backwards enough until it stopped. It was like everyone was under a spell. Kloee went back to class 10 minutes ago and the teacher looked at me and the rest of the class and said, "Why is everybody standing up and talking, we should be reading this book". Everyone silences. As I look out the window I see the dark thing out of the corner of my eye, its hood was down I could barely see its face. All of the sudden a light came down, and it was taken fast upwards never to be seen for the rest of the day. And me nor Kloee knows if its ever to return. There wasn't only one hero today.
