-Alyssa POV-
As I got my disgusting looking pizza from the lunch line, for some reason Bryan Lowe was sitting at my table. It seemed that he was talking to his best friend Justin who also sits at my table. I was nervous to go sit down because I have had a crush on Bryan since 3rd grade. For some reason I had always held onto the hope that we would get together some day. "Yeah I'm totally going to fail" He said. "Fail What?" I said sitting down across from him. "The science test". When he said science test I knew exactly what he meant. Mrs. Bishop had a huge science test coming up that is rumored to be one of the hardest she has ever given.
Now I'm no science genius but, I feel like I'm at least going to get a C. "You can come over to my house and I can help you study" I said eating a bite of my pizza. "Seriously?! Alyssa your the best!" He said. I couldn't help but blush. I wish Bryan and I were together by now. He seems to like me but I'm never the person the make the first move. Ever. "How about tonight at 6:00?" I said. "Ok see you there" He said.
~6:00~
I heard a knock on my front door and I felt like my heart skipped a beat. He's here. My crush since 3rd grade is at my house. I opened up the door. "Hey, go ahead and head upstairs" I said. We made our way up my stairs and into my room. "Shall we get studying?" I asked. "Omg Alyssa I couldn't be more thankful you saved my life I would never pass this test without you." He said. We studied for a good hour before Bryan finally got all of the questions correct. By this time it was about 7:30 and I was getting a little hungry. I went downstairs and went back up to my room with a veggie platter. I came back into my room to see Bryan on his phone laying down on my bed. I put the platter on the bed and sat down next to him. "Enjoy" I said motioning to the platter. "Oh why thank you so much." He said. As he put his head back down to look at his phone I noticed how his blond hair had little brown highlights in it. I'd always wanted brown highlights. He looked up to see me staring at him. Oh god. We looked at each other for a good 10 seconds before he lightly lifted his arm and put a small strand of hair behind my ear. Then he slightly moved his hand lower to rest on my jaw. Then he pulled out faces together making our lips connect. The kiss was slow and passionate just like the ones you see at the end of love movies. Except this wasn't a fake movie but real life. As our faces separated we looked into each other's eyes again. "I remember when I met you in 3rd grade" He said. "The first time I saw you I thought you were the most beautiful girl I had ever seen." "Really? I mean I'm not that good looki-." I was cut off by Bryan saying "Yes you are. You are beautiful and nice and funny and all I've ever wanted" He said "I've wanted to be your boyfriend for as long as I can remember" He said. "Well how about we make that happen" I said. "What?" He said. "Bryan Lowe, will you be my boyfriend?" I said confidently. "Why of course" He said. I couldn't help but smile :)
I came back to school the next day and sat down at my lunch table. Justin and Bryan were sitting there just like yesterday. "So how'd the studying go last night?" Justin said. Bryan and I just looked at each other and smirked :)
