I relaxed into the bath, the bubbles covering my entire body; the pages of the book I was reading were slightly damp from the water. It was the first time in ages that I was home alone. I shared a house with 3 other people, so I rarely got peace.

The bathroom door swung open, and Robin walked into the bathroom. He grinned at me and marched over to the toilet, lifting the lid and unzipping his pants.

"Oh god" I gasped, and squeezed my eyes shut. "That's something I don't want to see!"

I heard the toilet flush.

"But this is something I do want to see" Robin said. I opened my eyes and saw Robin standing by the edge of the bath looking at me.

"Asshole" I said, and made my book levitate in the air and whacked him round the head with it. Robin grabbed the book, swearing, and turned towards the toilet.

"Don't you dare!" I said. Robin grinned at me, and dropped the book into the toilet.

"Robin!" I yelled. Robin just laughed, flushed the toilet and left. I sighed and got out the bath, wrapping a towel around myself.

Me, Robin, Logan and Maxine all lived together. We all had powers of some type. Well of course we did, we were all children of gods. My dad is Hadies, God of the underworlds.

I got changed into a pair of black tights, hot pants and a tank top. I was about to leave my room when I thought better of my outfit, and grabbed a shirt and pulled that over my top. Much better.

I skipped into the living room. Logan and Max were sat cuddled up on the sofa, kissing, the flat screen attached to the wall was blaring away to itself. Maxine's dad was Ares, the God of war, and Logan's mum was Aphrodite, the goddess of love. Those two made a cute couple.

Robin walked into the room, and gagged when he saw Max and Logan. He glanced up at the lights above them, and shot a bolt of lightning at it. The light bulb shook, and fell. I snapped my fingers and the light bulb hung, suspended in mid air, above Max's head. I flung the light bulb at Robin, and it shattered over his head. Robin yelped as glass fell down his shirt.

"Will you ever learn?" I ask, shaking my head at him. Robin swore at me, and took of his shirt, shaking it up and down. Glass fell out of it. Robin glared at me, and threw it in my direction. I caught it laughing. Robin brushed himself down, and I watched him. Don't get me wrong, he's an asshole, but he's hot. A hot asshole.

"Shut your mouth, Nocens, we don't want you drooling down that nice top of yours" Robin said. I frowned at him, flipping him off. Nocens was the name my dad gave me, it was Latin for bad, something wicked. Robin knew I hated it, and he always called me by my full name. Everyone else just called me N.

"Whatever birdy" I said.

Just then breaking news came onto the TV. Max and Logan broke apart and sat up, and Robin leant on the back of the sofa, and we all watched the screen.

"Two men who escaped from prison last week have been seen breaking and entering houses, and killing families in there sleep. The local police would like it if you evacuate the area until these men are under custody"

We all exchanged looks. For weeks, to keep us from dying with boredom, we had been hunting down criminals and handing them into the police anonymously. We're meant to be staying in this building, unnoticed until one of our parents contacts us with something to do. It has been a couple of months since we were last contacted, and that was simply to deliver a parcel to someone. So, we started to stop crime. It's fair enough right? What's a girl got to do to have some fun around here?

"Robin" Max said, looking Robin up and down "Where is your shirt?"

Robin glanced over his shoulder at me. "She was touching me up until the news came on. Saved by the television"
