"hey stupid danfo (commercial bus)driver leave my way,my Goodness this Lagos yaba traffic is to die for,imagine i dropped Ashley home 2 hours ago and am still on this stupid road,arrrrgh i could just teleport with my car home if i can,this traffic is making me sick " i said to myself annoyingly then suddenly a car stopped by my side i look to see who is there then i saw amarachi "arrrrgh this girl again ,what does she want from me,God please don't let her come to my car,am not ready for chitchat yeah" i said in a frustrating tone,, i got a knock on my car window,"hello tolu its me amarachi,can i come in ?"she said, i could hardly even hear her cause my car window was up ..."okay come in ,what are u doing at this road ,this is not your direction home,you stay at ikeja" i said to her as she get in

She looked worried and try to fake a smile "uhmmm well you right,am on my way to Nicholas house he said he wants to talk to me about something important,,i don't know he sound really serious,like he is mad at me,and have apologized so many times of been rude to his cousin " she said trying not to cry, then i was curious about this cousin,cause the Nicholas i know doesn't have a cousin who stays in Nigeria,they all live abroad, "who is this cousin you talking about though " i said to her curiously. she looked at me in a sad way "uhmmm a girl called Ashley,she just joined university of Lagos today,,i saw the spark in his eyes while he was looking at her so i thought she was some new bitch but now i overreacted and he his so mad at him,i love him that's why i acted that way,tolu you are close to him please help me talk to him,cause i would die if he breaks up with him" she held my hand and gave me that sorry face while talking...

I was shocked,like so shock to hear that Nicholas lied to amarachi that Ashley is his cousin ,cause the drama this morning made me realize something fishy is going on between those two people,and am sure Ashley is definitely not his cousin due to how we both talked in the car while i dropped her home....."hello what are you thinking about tolu,cant you talk to him for me?" amarachi said  interrupting the rhetorical questions coming to my mind " hey uhmmm don't worry i will talk to him,i think the traffic is finally OK,i need to go,i will call you to tell you what's up,don't go and see him,i will go back to see him on your behalf,i need to settle some scores with him,i don't mind skipping lectures tomorrow "I said in a serious tone

"tolu is everything alright,why do you need to go through the stress of going back to nicholas house after so many traffic you just passed " amarachi said confused ..."don't worry its between me and nick,just go home i need to go before other people driving at my back  get  upset that am not moving " i said trying not to show my anger for nicholas to her, she finally came down and luckily the reason for the hold up was solved i got to nicholas house within 30 minute , I came down quickly without bothering to pack  properly ,i entered the gate,entered the house,saw his parent watching jenifa's diary and his kid brother watching "school of rock " on nickelodeon in the second parlor,,,"hey tolu how are you,how is your parent,you know its been long we had dinner with your family,when you and nicholas were little you use to always plan dinner almost every time for the family,but now you all grown up,you no longer visit each others house frequently " nicholas mum said smiling,but i was busy hoping they could let me go to nicholas room has soon has possible,cause what she  was saying was keeping me waiting then luckily she told me nicholas is in his room,,i got to his room and saw him concluding some paper,then he said to himself "i hope Ashley comes tonight cause as soon as amarachi  gets here and i break up with her ,i will confess my love openly to Ashley " ...

"you are a wicked guy,how could u play with two girls feelings ,and you don't feel bad,have known u all my life and you have always want everything to be done your way,you took Jessica from me when we were in high school i didn't complain ,you took amarachi from me,a girl i love with my life,you brainwashed her to believing you the perfect guy for her ,now u tired of her you now going to a new girl am getting along with ,when u get tired of her u will go to another new hot girl,i hate you nicholas ,am going to tell Ashley about you " i interrupted him angrily ,in a high tone ,and tried walking out when he stopped me.

"wait wait tolu don't do that,am sorry have hurt u in the past but this time i wont do that to Ashley,she is different from other girls,,i love her truly " nicholas said ...."okay what about amarachi?,she was just a puppet to you,or a show off in unilag ,i don't trust you,am gonna tell Ashley,and how are you sure she loves you? i said trying not to believe him..

"she loves me ,i know it,if she doesn't she wont get angry when i called her my cousin,,okay am going to send this letter to her,if she comes she is going to be my girlfriend and you must not stop our love,but if she doesn't then i would accept defeat and be with amarachi is that okay?" he said confidently...

"am sure she wont show up, based on how she reacted today and all she talked when i was bringing her home ,it shows she would never listen to whatever u got to say,,and she might show up and not accept u,so tonight i would stay back and watch "i said .. " okay deal ,am confident she would come,no one turns nicholas negro down "he said smiling in an evil way...

"mum i need to go out for a bit "i said, "but where are you going this night,you know we are new here " my mum said in a worried tone".." mum am just going to be in the garden am not going out okay?i said ," okay omo mi, ma pe o sogbo (ok my child don't stay long okay?) she said in yoruba, i nodded and left, i walked fast trying to do what have been wanting to do today to nicholas ,i got there and i heard him calling me...

I waited and waited for Ashley praying i don't lose this deal i made with tolu,because he is watching at a corner,then suddenly i saw a girl coming towards me ,dressed really nice i try to get the face and saw it was Ashley,aaah finally ,i knew she loves me ,i called her name "Ashley am over here "i said waving and smiling ,pushing my abs out more so she gets attracted more" then she walked towards me and stared at me,she started crying and before i could ask what happened she slapped me ,yes yes for the first time a girl slapped me ," i hate you,you think i wont find out what a play guy you are ,,you disgust me,you dated so many girls,and you feel you can do the same to me,you planning to break up with that innocent girl because you met me,,tolu was right about you,you really wicked and want everything done your way,don't u dare come near me or say a word" she said crying and shouting,she pointed a finger to my face ,she walked away before i could say anything,i held my face shocked by the slap and how did she get to know about all i discussed with tolu,,,oh no that jerk told her,how could he,i'm gonna kill him " tolu come out you sly come out " i shouted ,he came out confused at what happened cause he saw what happened .

"i didn't tell her i swear" he said ,when i punched him so hard ,he kept saying he didn't tell her , " then who told her ?,because it was just you and i "i said pointing another fist at him ,," i don't know i swear"...Then suddenly i was interrupted by a call on my phone it was Ashley ,i picked it and still staring at tolu getting up from the punch i gave him,i kept it on a loud speaker so we can both hear what she got to say then suddenly she said "don't blame tolu for anything ,he didn't tell me anything ,i called u earlier but you mistakenly picked it and i heard u guys conversation  from when tolu came in to when you said you took amarachi from him,and how you bragged about not been turn down by any girl ,,don't you ever show your face to me again" she hanged up before i could explain again..

"you see, i didn't tell her,karma has finally fall on you, she find out who you truly are, our friendship ends here,am going to get you back for the punch you gave me and i  will tell amarachi your lies " tolu said and walked away,cleaning the blood on his lips ..i stood there dumbfounded,i just lost my first love and my best friend just like that ...What do i do?..I Need help..
