Display Name: The Night Soldier
Steve Rodgers had a sister her name was Carter Amelia Rodgers. Her more known name was The Night Soldier. She was a playful cute woman and she loved everyone equally. She believed in equality and fairness. She may have been a soldier but she didn't prefer killing. Though enemies were afraid of her she was adorable to the public. She was a "secret" weapon to the Howling Commandos. She fought just as well maybe even better than most of the men. Her own troop that fought along side the Howling Commandos was Rhythmix. She led them.
The story of Carter Rodgers is truly a Mulan type story except she joined to be with her one true love James Buchanan Barnes (Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier) who she lost during a train mission. After that Carter was distraught. However when her brother got frozen for 70 years she did as well. She stuck with her brother until the very end.
Her love for Bucky and his for her was strong. It was rumored that they were to be married but it was never confirmed by her nor barnes. The tragic love story they had was one never to be forgotten. She watched the love of her life, the man she had always been in love with, she watched his body fall from a train with out her being able to save him.
Now since being awaken with her brother she has found out Rhythmix were Frozen as well. She fights along side her brother now. Maybe Bucky was saved and frozen? Who knows but welcome back Night Soldier you've been missed.

Bucky read over her display. A flood of guilt and hurt rushed over him. He had just fought the supposed love of his life and nearly killed her and her brother.
He walked over to his display. He read his background story. The part of him being in love with Carter opened a wound. He was remembering. His mind flashed back to after Steve had been taken away in the ambulance after he had pulled both him and Carter out of the lake in which they had fallen into when they fell off the Hellocarrier. Her heartbroken face pierced his brain. He sighed exited The Smithsonian and headed away. He didn't know where he was going but he knew he had to get away.
