Y/n was past out
"Please be fine!" I sob "Eddie calm down I'm calling 911!" Bev yells. I hear talking into the phone "yes I need help!" She says but the rest I could barely hear

"Glad I got to meet her before she died" Richie says "Richie now is not the Fucking time to make a joke!!!" I yell

I feel her hand, she felt cold. I check for a pulse, at first I felt nothing but then I feel thump "she is going to be fine" be says "c-calm d-down Eddie" bill says

I hear a siren. Everything was blurry. I remember seeing them take y/n and bev putting my inhaler to my lips. I didn't pass out though

I was sitting next to y/n in the hospital. "She is going to be fine, she'll wake up soon" the doctor says and I nod

I lean back in my chair and look over to y/n. Please don't take the best person in my life away
I thought to myself

After a few hours it got dark and I had to go home anyway

I walk in with a two flowers in my hand. I look up to see y/n sitting up and eating food

But before I could speak to her the doctor walks up to me. "Did she hit her head when she passed out?" He asked and I remember when she was freaking out then fell to the ground "y-yes" I say

"She lost her memory, don't force it on her but you can say hi" he says and steps aside. Took me a sec to realize her memory is gone, hopefully not forever.

"Who are you?" Her sweet voice asks "I'm Eddie" i say and she holds her hand out "nice to meet you Eddie I'm..I'm..." She looked over to the nurse "your y/n" she says "y/n" she says with her pretty smile

"Your really cute" she says making me turn light red "I'm not cute" I say "that sounds familiar" she says as her smile fades away

"It does?" I say and she nods "oh well here" I sag and hand her the two flowers "flowers? But I just met you" she says making me want to cry "I'll leave them here then" I say and set them on the table

Bev and Bill walk in "who are you guys?" Y/n asks right away. Bev and Bill look confused "she lost her memory" I whisper to them "oh..Well I'm Beverly" bev says walking up to her and shakes her hand

"Your really pretty" y/n says "no I think your prettier" bev says "thank you" y/n says "and you are?" She says looking to Bill
"im B-Bill" he says and she looks confused "why the stutter?" She asks

"B-born with i-it" he says shaking her hand "nice to meet you both I'm y/n" y/n says with a smile at the end

Her mom soon walks in "who are you?" Y/n asks "I'm your mom" she says "my mom?" Y/n says and her mom nods "and this is your brother" Mrs. L/n says and Ethan enters

Y/n looks at a mirror then back at him "why does he look like me?" She asks "he's your twin dear" her mom says "well twin what's your name" "Ethan" he says

"You guys can go if you want" her mom says "ok Mrs. L/n" bev says as her and Bill walk out. "Are you going to leave?" Y/n asks "if you want me to" I say

"You can stay" I say. Something about him was special but what? He made things seem familiar but I wonder what things

I hope I soon remember things. I hope I know why he is so special to me. The doctor says time will come to where I remember things, what ever that means.
