After a few weeks of becoming best friends with Geo and Erin, I noticed I'm becoming friends with a lot more people. Was I what my older sister, Sierra, call, popular? I had became friends with Audrey, James, Michael, Eddie, Wyatt, of course Geo, Lisa, Natalia, CiCi, and Parker. I was killing it! At least I thought so.
"Hey Grey, want to come over after school? Ask your mommy!" Erin came, running up to me. I looked behind her and saw her friends there, watching her every move.
"Yeah, I will ask." I said, turning away. She tapped my shoulder. I looked back, and saw her holding a cookie. My face lit up,"For me?" I asked. She nodded and I took it from her hands. I thanked her and stuffed it in my face. She giggled and he whistle blew, notifying us recess is over.

NINE YEARS LATER

"Grey! Give me my phone!" Erin laughed words out.
"No! Let me take my selfie!" I yelled back.
"Fine, just give it back!!"
"If you say so." I said, handing it back. It had been about nine years since I met Erin and Geo. I had stayed with them for nine years. Now we are in the middle of our freshman year.
"No, Grey, you are supposed to keep it!" Geo yelled. I rolled my eyes letting a 'whatever' roll out of my lips. We were all laughing and having a good time. Then we noticed Mya Clark was staring at us from across the damn park. Erin and I rolled our eyes but Geo was staring at her in wide eyes. "Think she will give me her number?"

"No, you hang out with us, remember?" Erin said. She was glaring at Mya. Here is how it all went down. It was about the middle of third grade. Mrs. Hyde's class. "Mya, why do you eat mushrooms?" Erin asked. "They are disgusting!" Then Mya started crying and you see what had happened. She got embarrassed and told and ever since then hated Erin. I honestly don't get girls at all. You can say,"Where are your shoes from?" and they automatically loathe you.

"Oh god, you guys need to get over that. I mean you didn't like MUSHROOMS. Why the fuck doesn't she like you?" I said, quieting my voice. Erin shrugged and Geo started walking. "Hello, dumb ass, what are you doing?" Erin yelled at him. He ignored out yells so we stopped. We saw he was going to Mya. I rolled my eyes and continued to read my book. Erin nudged me, so I looked up and saw Geo was talking to Mya. Very faint I heard,"Mya, hey."

"Geo, was it?" She answered. He nodded and she asked him what he wanted. "I was wondering if you have snapchat?" He asked, very hopeful. "Sure, let me put it in your phone." She took his phone and threw it on the ground, probably cracking it. "WHAT THE FUCK!" Erin yelled across the park a stormed over there. Everything moved so quickly, I barely noticed Erin punched Mya. "LEAVE MY FUCKING FRIENDS ALONE!" She yelled at her. I saw a flash of long, black, shiny locks running. I tried chasing her but did not succeed. I tripped on Geo. On the ground I said,"What the hell just happened." I said, lying on the ground. I looked back at Mya which she had ran off, too. I noticed also how cold the cement was. A shiver went down my spine when I was offered a hand by Geo.
"Thanks." I said as I got up. He nodded and we started walking the way Erin was running.

"What the hell just happened?" I asked, stopping. I was out of breath. "Someone is having their time of the month.." Geo said, laughing. "Shut up man," I said laughing. "No, I really don't know. I mean she took my phone and smashed it. What a bitch! Erin got really mad. She needs to quit this fighting stuff. She used to be so innocent. Middle school changed her.." he talked very quickly, just rambling. "Yeah, tell me about it. Ok, we should go to the hangout. She's probably there."
