Staying Safe

*Ten's prove*

I keep running because I know if I stop they will catch me. I keep running even though every bone in my body keeps telling me to stop and rest. I keep running until I see a little house. I quickly run into it and duck down. I stay ducked down until I think all the lab people are gone.

 When I get up I start to look around and see that I am in a log cabin. I see boxes and bust everywhere. It looks like no one has been here in while. I go and start to look around the cabin and see that there are two bedroom, a front room, bathroom, and a kitchen.  I go to the kitchen and see in the cabinets  that there are beans, honey, peanut butter, water and ready to make milk.

I grab a jar of peanut butter and start to eat it. After a while I go back into one of the bed room and lye down. As I start to dose off I start to think about eleven and hope that she is ok.

I wake up to the sun shining through a little window in the room. I get out of the bed and head to the kitchen and grab a bottle of water and a can of beans and eat them. When I get done with that I start to think of how to get back to eleven.

"Maybe I could stay here as I look for eleven and make this my safe place." I start to think. After I get done making my game plan I set out to go look for eleven. as I walk out of the cabin I start taking notes on where it is and how to get back to it. 

As I keep on walking I find myself at a road. I remember seeing people on TV at the lab hold out there thumb to get a ride. So I hold out my thumb every time I see a car coming. After a while of doing this one car stops beside me. I look inside the green car and see a Girl in a green who looks distressed looking at me.

 She asks me,"  Do you need a ride somewhere."

I look at her and say." I have no place go I don't even know where here is."

She looks at me with motherly eyes and says," Come on get in and you can come with me to my place we have an extra room right now with my boy missing. I'm sure he wouldn't mind you staying in there."

"Thank you but I don't want to get in the way." I reply.

"You won't and you could help me" she says to me.

"Ok" I say as I get in the car. My name is Tina." I say as I make up a name real fast.

"Hi Tina my name is Joyce Byers and I have a two sons will but he is missing and  he is my youngest and Jonathan and he is my oldest." she says as she starts driving down the road to place I don't know.
