i'm sorry it ended a little fast, but yes, taehyung was in fact real, and they both had dreams, jungkook had them continuously, while taehyung only had the dreams whenever he fell asleep.

jungkook and yoongi were together even before his accident, which led him to a dream comatose state. they were in a relationship for a year and a half. they both slowly lost their feelings for each other, amd yoongi met a cute boy named jimin, who he was literally whipped for, but he decided to break yp with jungkook. he couldn't say it when he woke up immediately since he didn't want to break his heart, thinking jungkook still had feelings for him.

eventually, yoongi got the guts to tell him, yet jungkook accepted him and didn't mind. instead, they stayed as close friends/brothers.

taehyung had a gut feeling that jungkook was really real. so he searched, he didn't stop finding jungkook.  until, he was about to give up and thought about it whist walking through the park. eventually sitting beside jungkook. and yes he immediately proposed to jungkook.
