Basic Storyline: Stanley Pines was stillborn, replaced with a Fae or Changeling. When in Fae mode, Stan had six glowing green eyes. There's some angst of Stan learning to deal with the fact that he's a monster and not actually related to his family. There's also a version where Dipper is also a fae. Mabel is super accepting of both of them.

Every character is mostly the same.
Ford is a bit more casual with the fact of Stan being a fae; at least in the artwork released by the creator.
Stan is a fae/changeling creature with six, neon-green-glowing-eyes.
Dipper is also a fae with glowing orange eyes. The characters don't know it at first, though.
