13 Reasons Why To Hate The ministry

Intro

I have brought some people back from the dead so be warned when I say some
characters names!!

After the war ended the wizarding population dropped due to suicide and death eaters being killed. There is around 120 wizard and witches alive that are free and not in azkaban

The minister(dumbledore) has called for every wizard to come to the ministry at 12:00 on Friday the 13th of July!

Hermione's POV

As the beautiful white owl comes fluttering towards my new apartment I open the window allowing the owl in.

Dear hermione granger

You have been asked to attend a meeting at the ministry at the enclosed times please be there 30 minutes early and don't bring anything!
I check my phone (a muggle device for communicating). I have to be at the meeting in 5 minutes. I email Harry and tell him I can't make lunch and apparate to the ministry and go to the court room. I see many wizards crammed in the room and as I enter Dumbledore says "excellent everyone is here."

Draco's PoV
We were waiting for mudblood know it all for 10 minutes wow.

Narrators PoV
Dumbledore spoke loud and clear "I regret to inform you that everyone here who is single is going to be arranged to marry a person of the ministry's choice"

He went on for ages then he said "Ronald Weasly you are to be paired with Astoria greengrass" Ron cursed loud but took her hand and dragged her to where he was sitting "Ginerva Weasly you are to be paired with Blaise zabini" Blaise chuckled evilly as he scooped her up and taunted her. "Harry Potter is to be paired with pansy Parkinson" everyone screamed the chosen one should get to be free he killed Voldemort for flip sake. Then there were 2 "Hermione Granger you are to be paired with Draco Malfoy" draco screamed "i will not marry a mudblood my father will hear about this" but sat with her none the less he took her finger and ran it down his dark mark knowing how much it would bother her.
Dumbledore spoke again "and finally every person in this room is to produce a minimum of 7 children"
Then with a flick of his wand sent out a booklet per pair

1. Any harm caused by the spouse will cause both to fall dangerously ill
2. Anyone who fights the act will be killed
3. Anyone who needs money to support the large family will be granted it by the ministry
4. The ministry will pay for the wedding
5. You will all be given fertility treatment to help produce offspring
6. Any type of contraception is banned
7. You must go on a two week honeymoon!
8. You and your spouse must share a house and marriage bed.
We are sorry but it must be done
