I.
Debby's POV
You can do it on your own...
You know it's about you...
It's always about you...
Never let your dreams grow cold...I can't explain the feeling. Me, roaming around in this village with my bike listening to Stephen Wrabel song, watching the birds flying beneath the orange sky, letting the wind surge to me. It was like I'm the only person left in this world. Oh how I wish he's here.

I reached the tree house exactly the time before the sun sets. I sat beside the door, opening a bag of potato chips and a can of Coke. I really love doing this. Enjoying every moment of my life.
As the sun sets, an idea suddenly popped up in my mind. I took my Polaroid from my bag which was given to me last year by my Dad. The truth is, I'm really not into photography. I prefer to write poems and essays of what I see and hear. But now taking pictures or let's just say memories is now my new hobby.
I took one shot of the sunset, one shot for the sky, and one shot for the full view.

Hindi ko na namalayan ang oras, I was about to visit him. Kaya dali-dali akong bumaba sa tree house.
When I arrived, I was greeted by the beautiful smiles of the patients and nurses so I smile back at them.
"Hi Debby!" It was Ate Coleen. One of my favorite Ate nurse.
"Hello po! Nandito na po ba si Papa?" I asked.
"Ah oo, kararating lang din niya."
I smile. "Thank you po!"
And then she patted my head. Her way of saying "you're welcome".
As I reached the third floor, I ran straight to room 212.
I was greeted by his wide smile.
" Maganda ata araw natin ha!" Agad akong lumapit sa kanya. I hugged him.
"Yes naman Ate! Ikaw na ang nagsabi sakin na dapat ngumiti ako bawat segundo ng buhay ko! Ang sakit na nga ng panga ko oh."
"Ikaw talaga." Tumawa lamang siya.
Everynight, we have our dinner here at the hospital. Because after Isaiah's attack last month, my dad decided to confine him at the hospital until he gets well. He needs to be checked 24/7.
The good thing about a fourteen-year old Isaiah is that never pa siyang nagreklamo tungkol sa sakit niya. Even he never got a normal schooling, even he has only one bestfriend and that's me, he just enjoy the life he has and he is always thankful for that.
I gave him the photos and he transferred them on his Memory box.
He was about to close it when a tear streamed down his face.
"What's wrong?" Nag-aalala kong tanong.
" Sana magkaroon din tayo ng family picture kasama si Mama." He then looked at me. I don't want to see this. I don't want to witness him crying. I look at Dad but he only gave me the same look as usual.
"We'll take a picture with her... soon. " I wiped his tears using my hand then I hugged him and he hugged me back.
