-Welcome, Lexie. I'm very sorry for what happened to your sister. Right now we're trying to find the murderer, and so we called you. We need your help, Lexie and...
-Okay, I unterstand. When I realised she had been killed I started crying. I thought 'it's impossible, everybody loves her, why would somebody want to kill her?' She had everything: she was pretty, kind, and highly intelligent. She did even have a boyfriend. That made the other boys angry, but the still loved her. She had plenty of friends. I... I don't understand. Well, why do you need me?
-Calm down, Lexie -Jensen said. -We know it's way too hard for you, but tell us. What was the name of her boyfriend?
-Carl. Carl Wurst. - Lexie took a Kleenex to wipe her tears.
-Thank you, Lexie. One last thing...why was he dressed like Red Riding Hood the day she died? - Jensen showed her the red dress Amanda was wearing. Her sister touched it and looked carefully at it. He dropped it and took another Kleenex.
-I have no idea. I don't remember seeing that dress at home. And she didn't tell me anything about it.
-Right, and...was she going to a party yesterday?
-Nah. She didn't like parties. She hated them.
-Okay, thank you. You can leave now. We may call you in a couple of days to ask you more questions.
Lexie stood up and smiled. It was quite weird because she was smiling and crying at the same think.
-Goodbye. I hope you find the murderer soon.
And she left.
Later they intervewed Carl. He had been having dinner in an expensive restaurant the night Amanda got killed, and his parents and the staff could prove that, so it wasn't him. But he had reasons to kill Amanda. Lexie wasn't right, Carl wasn't Amanda's boyfriend anymore because Amanda broke up with him after weeks and weeks argueing.
-Guys I've got news for you- said the boss with a difficult-to-describe face.
-What happened? -wanted to know Jensen, leaving her coffee cup on the table.
-Right...well...
-What happened? -asked Jensen again
-There's another victim
