Raven POV

I was woken up when I had fallen off the couch. I stood up and looked at the clock. 8:30am it read. Toren had helped me loads because she had served the other two breakfast. "You need to eat too, Toren," I said to my Norwegian child. She shook her head no and told me she wasn't hungry. And I respect that. I never ate breakfast in my life. I just had lunch and supper. Tord was still asleep. Tora ate like a dog on a load of sugar. Toriel helped clean up Tora's mess. Toren washed dishes. This is why I like my kids in the mornings. They are tired but also helpful.

Toriel tapped my arm lightly. "Yea, Toriel," I turned towards the vampire. "Sorry mom, but your hair looks like you were hit by a truck! Let me at least brush it down," Toriel pleaded. "Alright," I said as I followed her to her neat bedroom. I sat in her metal salon chair and sat calmly while she ran a brush through my hair.

A couple minutes later my hair was straight again. "Thanks Toriel," I said to my adopted child. She nodded and went to work on making a new red hoodie for Toren. I walked downstairs to find Toren sitting beside a tired looking Tord. "Honey, are you ok?" I said as I stroked his three curls on the back of his head. "I'm fine," Tord said tiredly. "You sure?" I asked him. He nodded and sighed.

A knock on the door made me look up. "I'll get it!" Tora said excitedly. Tora ran to the door and gave an excited gasp. "Uncle Tom!" Tora said excitedly. "Is your mother home?" Tom asked the little werewolf. "I'm always here doofus!" I said wrapping my arm around his shoulder.
