Tick... tock...tick...tock...

"Katsumi, wake up. Now!"
Katsumi's eye shot open as she glanced at the now existent sound, it was the woman that looked after all the children in the orphanage, she is not the type of person you would like though. Her eyes are beady as an actual bead. Her face like a serious business woman that hated her job. Her hair was silvery white and her eyes ice cold blue. "Get changed you have visitors coming in later, hopefully they adopt a piece of sh*t like you." The woman coldly said. Katsu just looked down and clutched her fists, ever since she was placed in the orphanage she had not spoken a single word. She would sometimes cry after a nightmare. The woman grabbed katsu's arm with a tight grip. "Come on, don't be a b*tch and get up, don't you dare retaliate after they have adopted you, or else... I will not give you your lunch." Kastu was the very stubborn and cold type, it wasn't her fault really, she doesn't know why she was in an orphanage and wondered where her parents were. The nightmares she had, weren't real... were they?

No, it can't be katsu thought, that's not true. The lady pulled katsu to the changing rooms and gave her decent clothes. "Get ready! They'll be here in thirty minutes." She shouted.  And with that Katsumi got changed.

She thought of the past adoptions she hated, there was one lady which thought she was ugly and that she needed serious makeup, Katsu, being the child at heart ran away from the said to be lady and hid in a corner until the woman went. She was 17 but, since she acted like a 10 year old, she was placed with 10 year olds.

She now came out of the changing room and sighed, "oh hi katsu" a girl waved, oh no katsu gulped, it was Tina, she was the worst person to be with in a room with no one else. "How rude, not saying hi to your best friend" she laughed, the 'best friend' part had disgusted her, Tina was a 15 year old, she had to be put with most of the 10 year olds because she had a fight with the losers every time.

"It really is my lucky day, a mute katsu and an empty room. The children went to play outside so we will be having fun, aren't we?" Tina grinned, her smile crept up to her eyes like a psycho would. She took slow steps towards katsu, katsu felt defenceless as she watched the wretched girl corner her to a wall. She took scissors out of her pocket and started cutting what katsu was eating. Katsumi struggled to stop her, she held the scissors from Tina and gripped it. The sharp part was cutting her skin, but she didn't care, she needed to look after her clothes, she didn't want to stay here anymore, she slowly started leaving her grudges.

Blood started dripping down katsu's palm. "What are you doing?! Are you crazy, you're gonna get me in trouble, leave it now!" Tina shouted, but katsu wouldn't let go, her mind was too clouded by all the thoughts that were lingering through her head. 'You're pathetic', 'You're weak.'

But then something stopped her, it was another hand, another female,  Ayano. "If I were you I would stop, unless you want to fill the floor with a pit of blood" she advised. Katsu was so happy to see Ayano and next to her was Kanami, "what are you doing you weirdo, come here now, we are fixing this mess right away, I can't believe you katsu" Kanami sighed,  "as for you Tina, I will be dealing with you" Ayano growled, she grabbed Tina by the arm and twisted it making Tina fall down. "Don't yo dare hurt her ever again, or else, next time, I will do much worse." Ayano threatened.

Tina ran away as soon as Ayano let go of her, Ayano faced Katsu as she watched Kanami wrapping tissue around katsu's hand, "we need to tell the nurse now!" Kanami said. Katsu immediately shacked her head when she heard 'nurse', "I know you don't like her and all, but unless you want to die, you have to go to her." Ayano said. Katsu hesitated but then got defeated as she got dragged to the nurse's office.
