"Good luck" I whispered to myself as I pushed my internship application into the mail box. I needed this internship to kick start my career. It's all I have left...
As I continue walking on my way to the local coffee shop the "what ifs" of the whole situation start coming to mind.
What if I don't make it?
What if I do make it?
What if none of the cast likes me?
I became so distracted by my thoughts I ran right into some guy.
"Oh my gosh I am so sorry I'm such a klutz, or you okay?" I ramble helping the I ran into guy off the ground.
"Yeah I'm fine don't worry about it... wait didn't I run into earlier today?"
Shit it's the guy again
"Well you didn't really run into me, my legs just fucked me over and I fell"
"Oh well... I'm Nathan by the way"
"I'm Peyton" I say looking down at the ground
"Well Peyton would you like to get a coffee?"
"Um..."
"Come on my treat, it looks like you're gonna get a pretty bad bruise from falling"
Come on Peyton he's cute
"I don't want to use your money though... we just met and I fell like I'm intruding"
"How bout you can get the coffees the next time" he says smirking
Damn that was smooth
"And you suppose there will be a next time?"
"Oh well I have one friend and you have no friends so I think we both have enough free time to grab another coffee"
"Touché"
And with that we walk to the coffee shop
