Shyra Pepperscott was cursed by a witch long ago for all her dreams to become a reality. As a seven year old girl, all she ever wanted was to live in a perfect, happy fairytale world where she is the princess. One night, Shyra dreamed for that to happen. Her dream was so vivid and seemingly real, it became a reality, all thanks to the curse. Eleven years later, Shyra is ready to take on the role as queen. Her royal family knew about her curse from the start but never knew of one detail. Her dreams don't last forever. Depending on how vivid the dream, it may be a reality for longer, but they all end eventually. With her fairytale world slowly crumbling down and the life she knows being destroyed little by little, Shyra has to find a way to save her world before it goes back into the evilness of Earth.

Shyra's family consists of the king and queen, her being an only child. She turns eighteen and has to take on the queen crown, knocking her parents off the thrown. Her and her parents have a good relationship with each other. Jordan, Shyra's royal guard, follows her everywhere she goes. Not to protect her from other people, just from accidents happening.

Don't make the fairytale world ending a problem until later in the book.
Involve problems with her curse like, she's been having nightmares lately about her life before the fairytale world and her royal guard has to protect her from them until they fade away. This could be the way they find out about the dreams not lasting forever which could lead to them thinking the world will end.
