Shannon's POV

I didn't know what to say do I just stood there in awkward silence.

After I was tired of being eaten by the silence I said" Ummmm, can I come in?"

" Sure."

He opened the door wider so I could come in. As I started walking in, he flicked on the lights and it made me jump a little.

" Sorry."

I didn't say anything. I just nodded my head. He walked over to his bed and laid down. He just looked at me.

Then he said" You coming?"
He patted the space next to him.

" Oh yeah." I said as I laid down next to him. I was facing him.

" So do you want to talk about it?"

" About what?"

" Why you were crying?, who made you cry?, and are you okay now?"

"

Yeah I'm okay now."

" Shawn." I said a little annoyed

" Yep?"

" Why won't you answer my other questions?" He looked at me and just shrugged his shoulders.

"Please??"

" I will, but just not right now. Okay?"

I was trying so keep his stare but it was slipping. I grabbed his hands and put them in mine. He looked at me.

" That's perfectly fine with me as long as you're okay now."

" Oh trust me babe, I'm more than okay now."

" Okay."

I rested my head on his chest and he pulled me closer to him.

I took off my shoes and tossed them on the floor.

I didn't realize how tired I was until I started dozing off.

The last words I heard before I went into a deep slumber was...
