"You need surgery!" You cried disbelievingly.
"Babe, I'll be fine." He told you holding you close.
Later (after the surgery)
Luke's POV
I woke up looking at the faces in the room.
"Where's Y/N?" He asked.
He noticed all the sullen faces.
"She left you this," Michael said giving Luke a note.
The note read:
Dear Luke,
I was the one to give you your new heart. This way you'll always have me with you. I'll be looking down at you each day. Please don't be sad. I'll always love you.
He started to cry.
