"DRRRRRRRING!" I slapped the loud alarm clock, next to my bed. I rolled out of my bed and went straight to the bathroom. (I'm going to skip, she is just getting ready for school)
. . . . .
I ran out the door, holding a piece of bread in my hands. If I don't hurry I will be late. It was already 7 am. She ran and she ran, until she ended up bumping into someone.
"Owwie." I said rubbing my butt.
"Oh gosh," a voice said,"I'm so sorry!" He reached out his hand, helping me up.
"Oh! Don't worry about!" I squeaked. It was Dylan. A new boy at school. I've had a crush on him ever since the first day of school. I dusted off my butt and grabbed my bag that had fallen on the ground.
"You better hurry," I said meekly," or you are going to be late for school."
"Hmm? Oh, it's already 7?" Dylan asked.
"Yeah." I blushed deeply, jogging off. Before I knew it Dylan was right next to me. Not a surprise, he is on the track team.
"Hey, um Dylan? Can I tell you something?" I asked weakly.
"Sure." he asked with that bright smile of his.
"Do you....like me?" I turned bright red.
"No," he said,"I don't like you...at all...not even as a friend." My eyes had gotten watery.
