Clara's Pet ❤️ chapter 1

Ella was sitting next to her sister Clara by the great oak tree in their back yard . "what is she doing?" Clara ask her sister impatiently. " I don't know Clara, I think she's hurt." she responded. " we need to help!" she explained in a rush, Clara got up and started to run into the distance. "Come on Ella!!" Clara belted out to her older sister. Carla and Ella lived in a beautiful house in England, Ella was 12 and her little sister Carla was 10. " Hush up Carla it's late!" she whispered back." We need to help her!!" she told her sister in a quiet voice. Ella looked up at the tree they were sitting next to, "ok but only for a minute mum will want us to set the table for diner." She said in a reluctant voice. " yay!!!" she chimed. " oh and Ella darling please hurry." she said in a movie star voice, she giggled after she had said that . Ella got up and picked up her little turtle chips. "Ella don't bring chips!" " what! I thought you liked chips!" she said in a sarcastic sad voice. "I like chips but, he might eat Wendy!" she told Ella. "Carla um,who is Wendy?" she asked. " the bird!" she told her politely. "You named the bird!" she belted. "well i was going to ask mum and dad if I could have a pet!" she exclaimed. "Carla mother would never let you have a bird, maybe you can get dog like Marcy Dillard." she told her in a motherly like sound. "Ella i don't want a dog like Marcy!" she wined. "well I'm sorry missy but you can't have that bird it's wild!" Ella explained. " Ella, Carla, darlings come along get inside it time for dinner!" Ella and Carla's mother cried out to them. " coming mother!" they responded. Clara look back at the white bird, she wanted Wendy, it meant every thing to Carla that she would keep Wendy safe.
