He'd been waiting in his car for about an hour now, right in front of his old high school. It was around 8 pm and usually, he would've had been at work by now. That's probably the reason he'd been so fraught— sitting in his car, constantly checking his phone for calls or messages. But how are you supposed to concentrate when all you think about is that one person, right?

He'd been staring at the art room's window, because that was where the boy entered. After what seemed like an eternity the lights went out. He stared at the entrance door, waiting for the boy to reappear.

The boy opened the entrance door, and went straight to his bike. He looked exhausted and tired. It was probably a bad day for him too, he thought to himself. Then, the boy mounted his bike, pausing for a few seconds before pulling away. He was a very good looking lad. Brown hair, beautiful blue eyes with friendly crinkles that would appear every time he smiled. He was still very young and even petite. But nevertheless, there was something about him that made him so precious and innocent.

As the boy passed by, the man in the car sipped his coffee and slowly reached down to start his engine in pursuit. He had to take care of him.
