LOST (Ghostbusters fanfic)

Chapter 1

It's finally morning, last night was not very good I had a nightmare that I lost my precious girlfriend Erin, I couldn't sleep after the nightmare, I fell off the bed, and I accidentally set my alarm clock to 12:00AM instead of 6:00AM so my sleep schedule was off. But that's enough of my complaining about the night when I could just enjoy the morning. I put on my work clothes, ate breakfast (which mostly consisted of Pringles and boiled orange juice, don't ask), and then brushed my teeth and then headed to the firehouse. I got there and I got to work to make a special weapon for my girlfriend, it's called; "The Proton Pistol". After a few hours I finally finished it, "Hey Erbear! I made something for you!" I yelled across the room. Erin walked in to see what I made. "It's a proton pistol, it works just like a normal pistol but it only kills ghosts" I explained as I gave the weapon to her. "Awesome! Thanks babe" Erin said then kissed me. "I haven't really done any tests on it yet, but I think it'll work" I replied to her. Then I heard the phone ring, I looked over to Kevin who is literally doing nothing about it. "Kevin, can you please answer that because it's very annoying and the call is probably about something important" I yell to him. "I can't, it's in a fish tank" he replied to me. "No Kev, we've been over this many times. The phone in the fish tank doesn't work, but there is one on your desk that is the one ringing" I responded as I facepalm. He finally understood and answered the phone (he can be so stupid at times but in the end he is harmless). "Uh, there's a ghost sighting at the beach" Kevin said. Then the crew (me, Erin, Abby, and Patty) all got in our coveralls and headed to the Ecto 1. "Oh Holtz I forgot to mention" Abby told me "Patty is driving this time". "What!? Why her!?" I yelled at her. "Because Patty is less likely to hit something just for fun" Abby explained. I couldn't argue with that. In a way I was glad I didn't drive because now I can sit in the back with Erin and make out with her.
