Lost and Found (previously titled New and Improved) is a short story which will be separated into 4 parts.
This short story sparked the idea for my novel-in-progress, The Lost Crown, which follows Jackson and Tyler on an adventure that isn't really related to this story, but does have a basis in themes touched upon here.
Throughout Lost and Found, you can expect themes of self-discovery, belonging, isolation, and many more.
I would like to warn you that this story does touch on homophobia and some homophobic slurs may be used.
Lastly, this story is still in the process of being edited and rewritten, and what you are seeing is only the second draft. It will likely be changed several more times in the future.
I hope you enjoy this short story. Feel free to leave comments as you read, I would love to hear from you all!
