I slammed the door of my black 2016 Buick Cascada and started walking slowlytowards the gates of Hell or as most people call it – Ginger High. God, I hatet his place in the guts. That's probably the only thing I actually hate.

As I walked into the hellish building, I felt a wave of negative energy washing over me, giving me goosebumps. Everyone was just so... Evil.

"Good morning, my love!" a squeaky voice sang in my ear and startled me, making me flinch. I turned around to see Christopher staring at me, the creepiest grin plastered on his face.

"Geez, Christopher! You want me to die or something?" I jokingly hit his shoulder with one hand, while clutching my chest with the other. His grin was still there, starting to creep me out. "What's wrong with your face? You're weird, more than usual."

"Alice, my dearest friend, today is going to be a great day," he sounded proud of himself. I couldn't quite understand what was going on.

He put his left arm around my shoulders, spinning me around and dragged me towards the English class.

"What is going on, Chris? It is never agood sign when you're so happy this early in the morning." I was suspicious andanxious at the same time. He had done a lot of stupid things in the past, always unpredictable. That's why I had no idea what to expect this time, too.

I liked English since I liked reading andwriting. I felt good in that class only. No Madison, no Alexander, no stupid brother Shawn, nor anyone else from the Stupid Squad. It was peaceful.      Unfortunately, the bell announced that my peace had come to an end too soon for my liking. I sighed heavily and took my books from the desk.

I turned around to see if Chris was ready so we could go to the cafeteria together. However, the only thing I saw was Christopher rushing out of the classroom as if he was chased. I blinked afterhim, trying to process what just happened. This had to have something to dowith the mysterious reason behind his too good mood that morning.

For some reason I didn't feel too good about all of that. I had this feeling that something would go completely wrong. And I didn't even know what was going through his sick mind.

Sitting at our table at lunch, I was sipping on my sweet caramel macchiato when I heard a weird noise as if someone was talking through the speakers. Just then a way too familiar voice rang through the caf. It was my voice.

"Why the hell would I be jealous? No, seriously, why- Wait! Do you seriously think I'm one of those brainless hoes who are head over heels for you?"

Oh my dear Lord! That was the conversation I had with Alexander the other day. Now I knew what Christopher was planning. Oh, fuck! Oh, shit! I'm dead. I'm so so dead.

"Listen now, Mr. Every-Girl-Is-Dying-For-Me. Yes, you look good, but so does almost every other boy in this school. Yes, you are fit, but you are not the only one with a fit body. Yes, the principal is your uncle and everyone in your stupid squad is immune to being suspended, but do I look like a give shit? No! So don't be so full of yourself, Alexander, you're not that special! The only thing I like about you is your freakin' name! Now, if you'd excuse me, I have a k-drama to catch up with."

All the students at the caf were now looking at each other with wide eyes. They probably didn't know that was my voice since I barely talked at school. Thank God they didn't know how my voice sounded!
