WHAT THE FUCK WHY DID U SEND AN X YOONGI. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PLAYING HARD TO GET UGHHHH
Yoongi paced up and down his room, agitatedly cursing himself out under his breath. His grip on the brightly illuminated device strengthened as he continued to regret his decision. There was no point deleting the text because jungkook had already seen it, deleting it now would make yoongi more stressed and probably make the younger question him later. He decided to just leave it, still pissed at himself for what he had done but oh well. Instead, the boy just started to get ready for this brunch thing. Yeah whatever that means yoongi scoffed to himself, unsatisfied at how he gave into jungkooks absurd date attempt. He didn't think the raven-haired boy would actually try when he proposed this whole two weeks challenge.
Time passed until Yoongi found himself waiting patiently around the side of the library. He anxiously fiddled with the hem of his jacket whilst mildly anticipating jungkooks presence. Maybe this will actually be fun. Fortunately, his "date" was only five or six minutes late.
"Hey yoongi!" jungkook called running up to him nonchalantly.
"hey kook, so where exactly are we going?" Yoongi murmured, avoiding eye contact with the aforementioned.
"ah there's this great cafe down the street that does all day breakfast, lunch and dinner"
"Oh cool," he started walking out of the campus still averting his gaze with jungkook trailing closely behind admiring the greenery like a five year old. The five-minute walk left them in front of a cozy looking cafe with streams of yellow and violet dancing in the frosty shop window. A cheerful chime of a bell sounded throughout the decently occupied shop and the two boys were greeted by an orangey brown haired average height boy, his name tag read: Felix. His face sustained a cheerful grin as he efficiently took down their order. Shortly after they ordered, the two sat in a comfy booth. The red leather seats engulfed them as the yellow tinted lights cast a faint shadow on the smooth table top.
"So why exactly did you wanna take me out?" yoongi asked whilst shoveling in a mouthful of spongy pancake.
"well I only have two weeks so I gotta get a head start right" Jungkook chuckled at his passive aggressive remark, a shy smirk plastered on his goofy face. Yoongi scoffed and mimicked the raven-haired boy's facial expression.
"well, you didn't expect me to say no to food." he joked, lightly kicking his shin under the table flashing his signature gummy smile. The boy across the table's eyes lit up at the sight
Jesus Christ, he's beautiful, kook thought as he proceeded to eat. The two continued their "date mostly in a comfortable silence, occasionally musing to each other about the vivid colors of passing vehicles or the scenery laid out across the window. Locals were weaving their way through the peaceful town dressed head to toe in expensive looking scarfs, gloves, and heavy coats to block out the freezing weather.

The two finished up quickly and paid, within five minutes they were outside basking in the cool breeze. Unfortunately, the cafe was starting to feel a bit claustrophobic and they had to make a brisk exit. Suddenly the sigh of a misty forest caught their attention.
"Hey wanna go on a little adventure?" Jungkook questioned, voice hopeful for a yes
"Ummm I don't know, adventures aren't really my thing" Yoongi mumbled, lowering his eyes and fumbled in his pocket for his phone. It was already three. Considering it was early winter, the sun would be setting in around 45 minutes and he really didn't feel like getting lost in the woods in the pitch black.
"c'mon it'll be fun, I promise" Jungkook grabbed hold of the olders hand, dragging him into the awaiting "adventure." After some stumbling over branches they finally made it into the centre of the spooky forest. A cobalt mist was cast over the tops of looming trees and the faint sounds of nature whistled in the air. In that exact moment, everything was serene and yoongi gaped at the vast land ahead of him in awe at the worlds organic beauty. School life stress had faded, social life worries had dissipated into a mere memory, it was as if nothing could ruin this perfect moment. Still hand in hand they closed their eyes, inhaling and exhaling in perfect sync. The two were breathing the blue mist for a calming five or so minutes although something interrupted their zen-like vibe.

Jungkook's breath hitched in his throat and he let out a small wince at the slight pain it had caused. Both of their eyes flung open, an anxious expression mirrored between the two boys. The ear piercing screech of a young sounding girl echoed through out the entire forest. It was so unbelievably loud that jungkook was positive he felt the ground tremble beneath his feet.
