Jasmine fires 3 more shots, aiming at Evan and her father.
Before she can shoot anymore, Evan grabs her hand and throws her to the floor, resulting in her hitting her head, hard.
Her dad punches Evan making him fall down the stairs.
Her dad grabs his phone and dials 911.
Pretty soon, more and more police officers are here.
They put Jasmine in the ambulance and take her to the hospital.
"Have you guys caught him?" Paul asks the officer
"I'm sorry sir, but we haven't." She replies
***
"How is she doc?"
"Jasmine is okay, but she may be suffering from Amnesia. I don't think that she'll remember what happened so that's good."
Paul nods his head. "Will I be able to see her?"
"Yes. Follow me." The doctor says
He goes in the room and sees Jasmine sitting up on her bed fidgeting with her fingers.
"Hey Jas." He says
She turns her head and looks at her father. "Where's mommy?"
"Jasmine-"
"I want mommy." She states
"Mommy's not here anymore."
"Why?"
He stayed mute.
"WHY!"
"Jasmine, what month is it?"
She sighed, "Um, is it November?"
The doctor was right.
"No Jas, it's December."
"How?"
"You have some memory loss sweetie, but it's not bad."
"Okay."

A weird sound wakes up Jasmine and she gets up looking side to side.
It was about 2 in the afternoon, and Jasmine looked out of her door to see a boy.
The boy turns around and says, "What's your name?"
"Jasmine... what's yours?"
"Scott." He smiled, "How come you're in the hospital?"
"I have this thing called amnesia. What about you?"
"My mom got hurt."
"Oh, I'm sorry.."
"It's okay." He shrugged,
"How old are you?" Jasmine asked
"I'm 8."
"Oh, one year older then me. Hey, do you know what month we're in?"
"December." He replied
That's weird, I could've swore that it was November.
A man walked towards the boy and gave him a hug.
"Hey dad." Scott said
"Hey son." He replied
He looked over at Jasmine.
"You must be Jasmine." He says
"Yeah, what's your name?"
"Evan."
"Hmm, that name sounds familiar." She thought out loud
"You'll remember it soon. Anyways come on Scott."
The boy nodded his head and walked off with his dad.
He just seems so familiar.
