She stepped inside her small flat, almost being knocked over by her excited dog, she dropped her bag on the coffee table and placed the books on the sofa. After making herself a hot drink she opened her balcony doors just a little bit to let some breeze into the apartment. Lydia sat there gazing across the balcony and across the other houses below her, smiling cutely and scrunching her nose as thoughts of Namjoon popped into her head.
She took the book out of the bag and opened it to the first page. A small piece of paper fell out of the book and onto her lap- a bookmark? She pondered. She turned the plain paper over and to her suprise, something was written on it, and it was addressed to her? "Lydia" she read outloud, just to make sure that what she was about to read wasnt a trick of her imagination. "As soon as you walked in your beauty and cuteness completely stunned me, i hope you find this piece of paper because otherwise you wouldve slipped through my fingertips. I was too shy to ask you face to face but are you free this Saturday? Heres my number...."
Lydia was in complete shock. How did her embarrasing zoning out and stuttering translate to cuteness?!? Before she could question everything even further, her legs suddenly started walking towards her bag without her registering them doing so. Lydia grabbed her phone, excitedly hopped her way over to sofa and lied down on the cushions, her legs dangling in the air. She read the number out as she typed it into her phone, checking it once, twice, three times before typing out a reply. "Namjoon is this you? Because if it is then yes i am free this Saturday" she clicked send before she could question herself and her actions even further and started kicking her legs in excitement.
