Hours passed, days passed, weeks passed and now it was time that they we’re waiting for.
It was finally time for them to become a family.
Everything has to be perfect, because it’ll be their celebration not only of their love, but also of that little person growing inside Christina’s belly.
Yes, she was 4 months pregnant and they recently learned, that they’ll be soon parents of a beautiful baby boy.
Adam was a little worried about her being pregnant during their big day, but Christina assured him that she’ll be okay and that it doesn’t matter because it’s their day and they will celebrate it no matter what.
April 11th, 8am.
Now it was 8am in the morning when Christina woke up in her hotel room.
She had a big smile on her face.
“Oh My God! I’m getting married to Adam today! I can’t believe it!”She squealed.
Her mom came to her room and said: “C’mon sweetie, it’s time! We have to prepare ourselves for this day. Don’t forget to take your maternal vitamins.”
“Okay mom, and I won’t.” and with that she walked to the bathroom and started preparing herself.
In the other room a floor bellow, Adam had woken up just as Christina and her mother left.
“Damn it! I’m getting married today! Hurry up fucker!”He told to himself.
He jumped out off the bed and began his morning routine.
All the time wondering how would Christina look in wedding dress.
His thoughts were interrupted by a knock.
It was Blake.
“So, how are you doing?” Adam looked at him and said: “I’m good man, thanks.”
“Do you want something to drink?” Adam looked at his fellow coach and then said: “Have you lost your mind? I can’t be drunk at MY own wedding!”
Blake just laughed and then said: “Okay I got it, now c’mon because we don’t have so much time, because the wedding is at 1pm.”And with that they left to the church.
1am
As soon as Christina began to walk down the aisle, her eyes landed on Adam, just a few steps and she will be standing right next to a man of her dreams.
Just a few steps and she’ll be Mrs. Levine.
Adam’s heart rate pounced in his ears as his thoughts of seeing Christina in a wedding dress fluttered through his mind.
It was quite a sight, because she wore a long white dress that were not so tight because of her belly, and her hair was curled to the right side.
She was stunning. Before the couple knew it, they were face to face on the altar, Christina’s veil masking her face, but her beautiful blue eyes glowed through to meet Adam’s.
After the priest spoke, it was time for them to exchange their vows.
Adam took a deep breath and began to say: “You’re my every reason, every hope and every dream I’ve ever had, and no matter happens to us in the future, everyday we are together is the greatest day of my life, because I’m sharing my day with you. You’re the light of my day, you and our little boy are the reason I live for. Few years ago when I first meet you, I immediately fell in love with you. As horrible as it sound, I Adam Levine fell for my friend. Now when I look at those days, I do not regret anything, because it brought me here where I’m today about to marry the most beautiful woman in the world and I also can’t wait to welcome our baby to this world, because he’s a part of you and that means everything to me. That means that you’re sharing the same love towards me as I share toward you. I love you Christina, and you know that I always have and always will be yours.”
Christina wiped away her tears and then took a deep breath and said: “You’re my every reason, every hope and every dream I’ve ever had, and no matter happens to us in the future, everyday we are together is the greatest day of my life, you’re the man I ever dreamed for and I love the most. You know how independent I was, but with you I’m loosing everything. From the first day we started dating until now I became so dependent on you that it sometimes scares me, but it doesn’t matter to me as much as you do. You and our little baby are the ones I love. You two are the reasons I’m breathing and I will not give up on you. Baby, you know that I always have and always will be yours, no matter what happens.”
And after a while the priest said to Adam: “You may now kiss the bride.”
At that very moment, Christina bit her lip as a tear fell down her cheek.
Adam took another deep breath and put his fingertips on her veil and lifted it up to reveal Christina’s graceful complexion.
He put his hands softly on her neck and with his right thumb, wiped away the stray tear that had fallen down her cheek.
They looked into each other’s eyes with awe and love, and moved closer to each other as the eyes disappeared and closed.
Their lips touched and a spark traveled throughout their whole bodies.
The kiss felt like an eternity as time was wasting away before them. They finally gave themselves to each other…gave the complete sacrifice.
Their walls fell to the ground as they opened their heart for a new love to form between the hearts that were now combined.
It was beautiful.
It seemed surreal.
It was unforgettable.
What snapped them out of their state of bliss was the reaction from the audience- the applauding, the “aww-ing,” and the crying.
After releasing, Christina was able to let out a small “I love you,” to Adam and Adam did the same.
They then turned towards their friends and family and were a new couple: Mr. and Mrs. Levine.
