That's right! The former members of Unit Black has opened a new entertainment which is rising up in the KPOP media industry!
Dreams Of Youth, commonly known as DOY Entertainment (Hangul:디우와이엔터테인먼트) is a company established by former Unit Black members Park Doha, Oh Jinseok and Kim Yonghyun on 11 December 2017. The company aims to fulfill the dreams of youths who aspire to be a rising star in the KPOP industry and be a worldwide Hallyu star.
In a recent interview with the three CEOs, we asked how they had came up with an idea of having an entertainment.
"Jinseok, Yonghyun and I are former Unit Black members who haven't been able to debut with the rest of the five. I wasn't able to participate in Mix Nine too and I thought it was a pity. Then, I came up with an idea to set up an agency to let the youths out there achieve their dreams of being a worldwide Hallyu Star. I didn't want to give up my passion of music too, that's why I roped in Jinseok and Yonghyun to help me with managing this company," Doha, the leader of Unit Black had answered.
The next question was how they came up with the entertainment name, Dreams Of Youths or DOY Entertainment.
"We had a hard time deciding the company name and we racked our brains to come up with an impactful one. I suddenly had the idea of using our first letters of our names, well except for mine though," Jinseok laughed.
"Instead of having it become DJY, we finally decided calling it Dreams Of Youth or DOY. It's derived from Doha, Oh Jinseok and Yonghyun. More importantly, we have a letter O in our names so the name has been formed," Jinseok continued.
What a deep meaning to the derived name of the agency! The last question was to Yonghyun, who was asked why he agreed to help with this company despite his young age.
"I know that I'm young, but I'm willing to help Doha hyung and Jinseok hyung since I have nothing to do [laughs]. Actually I too wanted to believe that the three of us have the potential to turn amateurs and the youths who aspire to pursue this big dream of theirs into reality. We're determined to produce global idols that will be famous worldwide and rock the KPOP industry!" Yonghyun replied.
The three boys have spend time designing the logo and have finally came up with the final design. Isn't it wonderful.

Doha explained that the phoenix symbolizes power, strength and renewal. They hope that the trainees will be strong and persevere themselves through their world journey at DOY Entertainment.
Here's what the three CEOs has to say to all the youths out in the world.

We hope that you will make the right decision to train under us as we'll help to enhance your talent and help you discover skills that you never imagined you would have. Make sure to do your best and enjoy working in DOY Entertainment. Fighting!!!"
